Anyone know if wal mart sells jig a loo? I looked for like 15 minutes but couldn't find it for the life of me. I might have to find a hardware store but I was hoping to save the drive.

Nope. I suggest Menards. I've gotten it as cheap as 77 cents after rebate there.

Why is it that the generic advice for 'how do I get faster' is 'slow down your turning, look ahead' but if you turn slower because of your hands being cold or something, you don't do as good? I've been confused by this for quite a while.

Also, I'm thinking about getting a megaminx. I would prefer one that is around 10 USD and not necessarily amazing but good enough that I don't get frustrated constantly by poor turning/locking up a lot. Any suggestions of what one to get?

My guess would be the 1981 Czechoslowak Nationals. Unfortunately the results of the competitions held in the 80s (except WC 1982) don't seem to be available anywhere.
