I ordered a square-1 from rubikfans.com about a year ago, it came in a QJ box. However, I recently removed a middle cap, the cap hiding the screw, and the inside of the cap said mf8. Does anyone know whether or not this is a QJ or mf8 square-1? I lubed it, and it's too slippery and could +2 easily, and I wanted to order another mf8 square-1, but if it's going to be the same then I don't want to order it...

That's definitely an MF8.

yup that is mf8. Just adjust your turning style like have the left index block the top layer when flicking with your right index so you don't overturn.

How long before a V-Cube 5 starts to break in? I've had it about 5 days and it's still very stiff. I did the MM&PI mod. I've been solving it about 15+ times a day. (It's gone everywhere with me )

5x5: V-Cube or if you're broke: YJ (It's a v5 KO, but I've heard its better)

Magic- If you want a cheap one just get the Ling Ao. It's practically the same thing. The only difference I saw were the logos and where the logo was placed.
