I recentenly loosened my JSK clone and i ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT. However it pops about every other solve. As a random opinion, what cube would you suggest that can be OUTRAGEOUSLY LOOSE yet not have an extreme popping prolem?

Probably an A-III. They are pretty good at not popping.

What's better?

apply Cubesmith Smooth Tiles and then lubricate

or

lubricate and then apply Cubesmith Smooth Tiles?

Well if you lube first then you don't have a chance of getting lube on your tiles.

makes sense....i also have a brand new type c, which i have from a friend that has Smooth Tiles already on it....>_<
If I were you, I would just pop out an edge and spray.

maybe i'll do that, now the only thing that's missing is some lubricant.....>_>

No, only the total tome is taken into account. You can spend as many time as you want on a given cube as long as you stay within the global time limit for all of them.

Definatley A. Getting lube off the tiles is easy. Getting lube off the cube can be a challenge and if you don't get it all off, the tiles won't stick.

Lube leaves funny smooth lines on my tiles :(

Yes, for 2 cubes the time limit is 20 minutes. But you can spend 19 minutes on one of them and 1 on the pther one if you wish.
