Is the cage method for big cubes only, or for 3x3 as well? I don't know anything about it.

yeah it is. cage method on a 3x3 would be like solving everything except for the centers and if you know anything about a void cube, that causes a parity.

I'm fairly sure Cage is only for big cubes, as it solves the centers last, and on a 3x3 the centers are always solved relative to each other.

on cubesmith, is there not a difference in size (one for ES, one for the rest) for the custom 4x4x4 stickers?

Does anyone have problems with their cube being sticky in warm places/after cubing for awhie? My cube tends to get sticky. It gets noticeably slower/locks up more and my hands feel like they have something on them. I use crc silicon btw.

It's called speed blind, where memo time doesn't count and you solve using a normal speed method. Lucas Garron has a video of a 10ish second solve using this.

That is speed BLD.

He memorized the cube for 20 minutes and traced out his exact solution using fridrich. Then he put on the blindfold and solved it in 18 seconds.

He explains it in the bottom of the description
