Upcoming Competition including the 6x6?

Hello! I'm interested in competing in more competitions, but I only compete in competitions that include the 6x6 Speedsolve event. Is anyone planning on starting an official WCA competition anytime soon? If so, could you consider adding the 6x6 Event? Thank you for reading my message.

The One Answer Question Thread

My aolong is great, but the corner cutting is bad, it barely cuts 2/3 of a cubie (regular cutting, not reverse) how did you tension yours? btw I got it from someone at a comp so it didn't come with factory tensions.
The pic shows how far it can cut ImageUploadedByTapatalk1414380280.089728.jpg

I'd also like to ask how many cases there would be for 3 unsolved corners on a 2x2 & the probability for having one corner oriented correctly when the first layer is finished.
If you exclude cases with symmetry, you could just exclude the pi and H sets of CLL and get your answer. If you want to know how many have exactly 3 corners unsolved, just take out the handful of CLL cases that have 2 solved and 2 unsolved. I'm a little too lazy to go look it up, but just go to the wiki and type CLL, just count the number of cases that have 3 unsolved corners.

edit: wow, forgot that 3 unsolved corners could also be in another layer

3 unsolved corners on 2x2:
Permutations: 3!
Orientations: 3^2
Total: 3! * 3^2 = 6*9 = 54.

Probability of one oriented corner after a layer:
27 orientation cases, 21 have at least one oriented corner, so 21/27 = 7/9.

That's actually what I had calculated, but I didn't(and don't know how to)take into account some things, such as that it is impossible for only one corner to be oriented incorrectly on a cube. that would reduce the number of cases by a significant factor. Also I don't think I made it clear that the rest of the 5 corners would be solved.
