Most would say no. If you mean 1 look OLL and 1 look PLL then probably not. I can only memorize around 2-4 algorithms in a day, and there are obviously way more than that to learn.

Also: learn the PLL's first. It's better, and easier. ^^

It's possible, but would take a fair amount of time, especially to find algs that you like. Also it would take practice in the subsequent days to make sure you don't forget them again.
