Do I have to enter each in a separate box? Or can they all be in one, just separated by commas?

They would have to be separated. For Ao50, if you put the times in cells B1:B50, the formula on C50 for the Ao50 would be:
=(SUM(B1:B50)-MIN(B1:B50,1)-MIN(B1:B50,50))/48
And that assumes that you don't have two or more DNF's. To get the DNF averages, use this formula:
=IF(COUNTIF(B1:B50,"DNF")>1,"DNF",(SUM(B1:B50)-MIN(B1:B50,1)-MIN(B1:B50,50))/48)
That should work. If there's any problem, just post again or PM me.

First time in box A1 second time A2 and so on

Well darn. I'm not manually entering 1000 times :P Thanks anyway though. I'll type them in as I go for my 10k marathon, if I remember.

K. Your "CLLEP" as you described would be more than ollcp

CLLEF is worth learning if you are using CLL/ELL IMO because it take out the horrible possibility you grt a 4 flip case. +more algs is always good and its only 42

And for CFOP? I think it's worth it because the algs a pretty much aren't any longer than the regular olls for the cases.

Text to columns, transpose

It's only 42 algs, go ahead.

Sorry, the MIN should be replaced with SMALL. So, the formulas should be:
=(SUM(B1:B50)-SMALL(B1:B50,1)-SMALL(B1:B50,50))/48
=IF(COUNTIF(B1:B50,"DNF")>1,"DNF",(SUM(B1:B50)-SMALL(B1:B50,1)-SMALL(B1:B50,50))/48)

At a recent competition I had this situation:

I started my inspection when after just 3 seconds, the judge called '12 seconds!'. I was taken by surprise by this, so I put the cube down and started the timer without a proper inspection. Only after the solve did I realise that he was a first time competitor and didn't know the correct procedure. The '12 seconds' that he called was to indicate I had 12 seconds left. As a result, I hardly had any chance to inspect the cube and to plan the cross, which did affect my time.

Could I have gone to the delegate and asked for an extra attempt on the grounds that the judge used the wrong procedure for inspection and would I have been granted an extra attempt? Not that it really matters, but I just wanted to know for future reference.

I know this is something that is probably frequently answered, but the stickers on the F-II are bad quality right? Because mine are very faded and scratched? This is a common thing with this cube right?
