Which of the following would be the most beneficial: (if you guys could rank then that would be great)

finish OLL (20, I won't learn the dot OLLs)
COLL (19, I know some alternate algs)
WV (23)
2GLL (43)

I want to learn 2GLL because 1.) The algs are super easy to learn as execute and 2.) I want to use CPEOLL/2GLL more often. I'm not going to learn the H or sune cases.

Note that I am listing the exact number of algs that I don't know/will learn. So I know that WV has 27 algs, but I already know 4 of them.

I'm not the biggest fan of wv at all, so I wouldn't recommend learning it over COLL and 2GLL. 2GLL is awesome; I also plan to learn more and use cpeoll for OH.
So maybe COLL>2GLL>WV.

Also I'm not saying I'm going to learn them now, but I'm just "looking ahead" into the future when I'm faster haha (yes that was a lookahead joke)

I did not see that coming.

While competing in officially in multi blind, are you allowed to request a specific orientation for all your cubes after scrambling? I asked this because when I did 12 cubes officially I wasted some time in orienting the cubes to my bld orientation(w top g front) and when I watched maskows Mbld WR video, all the cubes were in green top and red front orientation before he removed the covers.(which is his orientation)
Thanks

The WCA does not say anything explicitly in the multiple blindfolded solving section about requesting orientation, so that means you refer to the regular blindfolded solving section instead, and there they do say that you are not allowed to request a specific orientation.

Edit: I also noticed that not only did he start with all of the cubes in his orientation, but he also started with the cubes laid out in the same way he would memorize them. (They were grouped)

Just to add, the WCA did reprimand him and the judge for that, but did not disqualify the result. Read the WCA Forum post here: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1162

I have a question.
I solve 4x4 as follows:
Solve Centers 15 seconds
Pair edges 2 at a time 40 seconds
Solve as 3x3 30 seconds

Now, please don't tell me to learn yau, or 6 at a time pairing, or better parity algs, I am not asking how to get faster. I am just wondering, with the method I use how fast could it get without changing anything?

Why would you want to inhibit yourself to a slower method?

If you wish, you could get faster at recognition, but that's really it. The method you use is slow and very outdated.

It's weird to restrict your method like that.

But anyway, redux was reasonably fast before Yau came along. Definitely sub-1 is possible. Paring 2 at a time however is not full redux and will be even harder!

Just remember that Yau isn't so fundamentally different to your method - it is the same steps in a different order.
