Why are old style scrambles less random than random state?

Old style scrambles use a fixed number of moves, which means it will favor some more states than the other (like, let's say one state have 25 25-move solution, while another only have 1 25-move solution, I don't know if this exist, but let's just say it does), random state on the other hand treat every state with equal chances, regardless of how many 25-move solution it has.

What are god's numbers for a 2x2x2 block and a 2x2x3 block?

How about god's number for a 2x2x3 given the 2x2x2 part is already built?
For a specific 2x2x2, it is 8 moves. For any 2x2x2, it is still 8 moves.
For a specific 2x2x3, it's 12 moves and 11 moves for color neutral 2x2x3.
Not sure about 2x2x2 to 2x2x3.

Can the Cubetwist Square-1 be made so it doesn't pop? Figured I'd ask before I rip it apart and potentially break it.

EDIT: Took it apart. I think that you may be able to with the side screw. Not sure yet. Will edit again when done trying.

EDIT #2: Seems like it won't pop anymore but feels like garbage. I am just going to buy a Calvin's Sq-1 and hope that it is really good.

Could someone give me links to all known COLL recourses, excluding youtube
Since I'm feeling kind of lazy, I'll just give you keywords to search for in google, they'll come up as the first hit

Bob Burton COLL (he has OH COLLs and recognition guide as well)
COLL cubing wiki
COLL Dan Cohen

all I did was type some stuff into google, couldn't you have done that? It's not that hard.

Also, finding "all known COLL resources" is a tall order.

Anytime, AT ALL, if you need algs for ANYTHING, go to the wiki or http://algdb.net

Have you tried tensioning the top/bottom screws?

What is the lowest solving time I could achieve (approx.) with CFOP in which I solve with intuitive F2L, 2-look OLL and 2-look PLL?

Sub-10 is definitely possible. PLL is highly recommended though

If we take that Felix and others have demonstrated that it can be done in approx. 5.5 seconds and the average CFOP solve is like 55-56 moves this gives us around 10 TPS, if you add the additional moves for 4-look LL that can give us another, let's say, 20-25 moves, so around 80 moves, so yeah, definitely 8 seconds must be achievable... but you have to be Felix or other top-notch cuber :D

Which of the following would be the most beneficial: (if you guys could rank then that would be great)

finish OLL (20, I won't learn the dot OLLs)
COLL (19, I know some alternate algs)
WV (23)
2GLL (43)

I want to learn 2GLL because 1.) The algs are super easy to learn as execute and 2.) I want to use CPEOLL/2GLL more often. I'm not going to learn the H or sune cases.

Note that I am listing the exact number of algs that I don't know/will learn. So I know that WV has 27 algs, but I already know 4 of them.

Also I'm not saying I'm going to learn them now, but I'm just "looking ahead" into the future when I'm faster haha (yes that was a lookahead joke)

Why don't you want to learn the dot cases? yes OLL is the most beneficial.
then COLL. Not sure about WV and 2GLL
