I just got a new DIY Zhanchi. I lubed the core well with 50k Traxxas and lubed the pieces some as well. I've really struggled with the tensions, however. Cyoubx's video about tensioning a cube says that all Dayan cubes should be able to cut 45 degrees. I know my old Zhanchi did just fine, but with this one, I've not had much success with it. In general, the tensions just feel waaay too loose and the cube is very easy to pull apart and insert my finger between a corner and edge, etc. When I tighten it, the corner cutting goes away. Any help/advice?
