My cube tends to corner twist a lot.
If I use this in competition will I get an automatic DNF, or is it allowed to twist back a corner during a solve? And if, so do you have to do it at the end of a solve or during?

It's only a DNF if you stop the timer with the corner twisted; you can twist it back during a solve, or after if the timer is still running.

Relevant regulations:
5b) If a puzzle defect occurs during an attempt, the competitor may choose to either repair the defect and continue the attempt, or to stop the attempt.
5b3) Permitted repairs:
5b3c) If the puzzle is unsolvable, and can be made solvable by rotating a single corner piece, the competitor may correct the corner piece by twisting it in place without disassembling the puzzle.

About this. How easy would it be to twist two corners without the judge noticing if you could anticipate, say, a pure two twist? I've always thought it would be easy to pull off if you really wanted to.

I don't know... that would depend on whether the judge was paying attention or not :p You'd only need to twist one of them without being noticed though, and then you can twist the other one in a more obvious way because of regulation 5b3c.

Also what happens if a center cap pops out during a solve
You can either fix it if it annoys you, or continue solving as normal if you don't want to waste time. You can stop the timer with one centre cap off the cube and it won't be a DNF. However, if you have two centre caps that have popped, you need to fix at least one.

Yeah, but that is so unpractical that they don't even need to worry about it. For someone sub 10, or even sub 20, it would just be faster to use an alg.

I know, but he asked. You can twist corners with a combination of two sunes for U/T cases, which is faster than trying to twist corners without anyone noticing. Especially for OH; I get corner twists all the time and they're a pain to fix...

My Chilong annoys at lot of people, I need a quieter cube, which should I get? Gans III 57mm, aolong v2 or a zhanchi?
The Gans is quite loud, I wouldn't recomend it. I don't have an Aolong but from what I've heard and tried it seems pretty decent with noise, albeit not the best. The Zhanchi is probably the quietest with some lube, breaking in and tensioning.
