Is Weilong still the fastest?

With Feliks using the Aolong and talking about how fast it is and what he can do with it I was wondering if it's faster and easier turning than the Weilong when set the same(ie: tensions & lubing)?

because it is based on the pyraminx? as in it still uses pyraminx's 4 arm core, introduce an opposite corner for every corner supported by the core, and the 6 edges of the pyraminx are replaced by the 6 center piece

It has faster and easier turning, but in my opinion the AoLong has much better corner cutting and less lock ups, making it faster.

Yea, dayan springs are awesome in mini ss777
I kinda prefer the normal springs after my second mini, though (Just saying)

I'm looking to be a competition organizer, but the CubingUSA competition guide seems to be lacking in a few places. If you're competition organizer, how do you set up things on CubeComps? Does the delegate handle that? Or do you get the CubeComps info after you tell CubingUSA and WCA that it's an official competition??? Slightly confused.
