Screw problem

On my type C, every ~20 solves, I need to take off the cap and tighten the screw for the blue face. This one screw keeps coming loose, it's really annoying. Is there an easy fix?

What are the official move lengths for 2x2x2 and 3x3x3 scrambles in the WCA? It just says 'random position'. Is it just 25 for 3x3x3?

A stripped core is where the threads are worn down enough so that the screw doesn't "grab" it. Like if you strip a screw in some other situation. Put the super glue on the tip of the screw.

I always thought that dying a cube could possibly alter or hinder it's performance, but i'm not sure

I first cube's white side screw started to pop out (stripped core). Had to use crazy glue. At first, it became a bit slower, but now it's ok. The yellow (painted color) started to whore out , I painted and then used some of those nail protect stuff and dashed 2 times over it ;D

Edit: Now that I remember, that thing is called nail polish or s/t like that

LOL that was a $1.48 cube and turned almost as fast as my 3rd gen guojia cubes

it isn't a set move length
what they do it generate a random position (using Cube Explorer) and generate the optimal solution for that random position. The inverse of the optimal solution is your scramble. That way they don't waste unnecessary moves. So the scramble lengths are usually around 17-19 for 3x3

Just found the Blue/Green Square-1 colour scheme on cubesmith, is this actual Japanese Colour Scheme? Cuz I use it and it seems like standard colour scheme, just with green on top...
