But do you get the whole set? or just one?

One. "The price is for only one small piece.".
So $6 for 12 torpedoes, and shipping if there is any.

Do you know which sites sell these? Only one I found was http://www.cubedepotusa.com/apps/webstore/products/show/2523032 and they're out of stock.

Sorry for my ignorance, but are these listed explicitly as Dayan 1? Or are these the same as just Dayan? e.g. is this it? http://lightake.com/detail.do/sku.3...Cube_Component_Pieces_Transparent_Green-26825

Thanks for the replies, sorry I was slow in getting to them.

Yes that is Dayan 1. You can tell because of the edge shape and because the sides have caps.

ghost hand 2 wasnt very good, i hear nothing but good things about the mf8 legend, other than that its a bit smaller

Which is the best cube for accurate turners?
the Type F II, Ghost hand II, or the MF8 Legend

They're all good cubes, really...
Ghost Hand II: Highly recommend if you're a beginner - just has a nice feel yet isn't stupidly fast. I personally like it.
FII: Don't have one, but I've tried it and it seems slightly better than a Ghost Hand II, and it has a nice feel to it.
MF8 Legend: Stupidly fast, and probably the fastest cube I've come across (faster than a Guhong, Lingyun, etc.) - so fast I sometimes overturn. However: lock ups, lock ups everywhere. Its normal corner cutting is okay, but its reverse corner cutting is horrible and even a very small reverse cut can lock you up. It has a ball core, though, and is very stable, so probably won't pop much.

If you turn very accurately, and aren't afraid of overturning, I suggest the MF8 Legend.

It would be remiss of me not to point out that I think that guy was crazy for recommending a Dayan 1. There was nothing special about that cube, and it's essentially the only Dayan that would not normally be recommended by the majority of people on here. Currently the Dayan Guhong is by far the most popular cube.

get a lingyun with torpedoes or wait for the lingyun 2.
my white lingyun with lubix torpedoes is my fav cube.
extremely fast, unpoppable (fitting the last piece piece is a *****), nice clicky sounds, very controllable, never locks up, feels light, good cornercutting but not as much as zhanchi.

i compared it to these 3x3 cubes: pink guhong, white zhanchi, black lubix fusion guhong, white haiyans cube, black a1. all lubed and tensioned well.
zhanchi is like an unpoppable, smoother guhong 2 with even better corner cutting but a little less speed to me.

um guys... i just had this feeling that i have to get zhanchi BUT. I dont know wether i should get white or black one. I have black c4u cube, white c4u cube, and black guhong (which i currently use). I realy love the look of white zhanchi but i dont know if i will do fine with white cube as my main cube atm is black... suggestions please.

Hey everyone,

I am relatively new cuber... Average time is about 50 sec if I do it the normal way (cross, corners, middle, other cross, all to top, etc) and about 1 min to 1:10 when I use intuitive F2L(trying to get better with it).

Anyway... I've only owned a regular Rubik's Cube brand cube. I lubricated it with Vaseline and it turns pretty well but since I have done some exploring recently I now know there are muchh better cubes out there. So now I am in the dilemma of which one to buy!

I will be buying some CRC Silicone Spray / Jigaloo for my next cube to lube it up. Any recommendations on a type of cube that will: 1. Go well with those types of spray 2. Still have relatively crisp turns

Anybody have any guidance or tips on what type of cube I should look into? It should be able to cut well and not lock up often (but that is the goal with every cube is it not?) I will be ordering it online shipped to eastern U.S.

I had the same problem! I thought white looked cooler, but I was only used to black cubes. Well, it's not that big of a deal to switch. Recognition took a slightly longer time for some stickers, but all was back to normal within a day or two.

i just ordered white cube yesterday and i was holding my breath while i read your writing, hoping you wont say its not good... :D

I need a new cube for OH solving. I expect decent speed, not many to no lockups, and decently resistant to pops (yes it is possible in OH). I really don't care if the cube is smooth or crispy.
