GuHong if your hands are big enough. Other than that, try out the Haiyan's Haiyan or the Alpha CC

Just something under say $7 that won't pop on me. Out of the Shengshous, Alpha 1, Lanlans, YJ, and Ghoasthand 1/2, which will pop the least, and be the best cube for blind solving?

I've heard nothing but good things about Shengshous and GhostHand2s, so pick either.

Type F II isnt smooth its bubbly (ca form of clickyness) so based on you wanting a "smooth cube" i would say get the guhong because its faint clicky but mostly smooth
and the type c's lock up quite often

Rubik's Brand. Beyond that, maybe a Ghost Hand 2/Alpha I.

I'm looking for an improvement on the Ghost Hand I. I started seriously speedcubing 3 monthes ago and am averaging about 19-20 seconds. I'm looking for a 3x3 that doesn't pop(at least not often), fast, smooth and controllable. I think I've narrowed it down to the the Lubix Fusion, Dayan Zhanchi or The Lubix Ultimate Zhanchi. Which should I pick out of those 3? Or do you think I should be looking into another cube?

I would personally pick the regular Zhanchi. The factory lube that comes with it is amazing, and when it wears off you can always get some Lubix or differential oil (whichever you prefer). I personally have not tried the Fusion, but it is just an upgraded GuHong, and I prefer the Zhanchi over the GuHong.
