So, I've narrowed it down to YuSu to Yuxin 4x4. Recommendations??

I only have the Yusu and the turning is rather good. It is a step-up from the SS but occasionally pops. The Yusu is an okay cube but I don't have much to compare to. (SS V3)
I would suggest waiting til a review comes out. The Cubeologist should have one coming out soon.

I don't really *need* a new cube, but I do need to pick up a few replacement stickers and as long as I'm doing that I might as well hit the free shipping level, you know?

I currently have an Aolong v2 (main), Yueying, Yuxin, and Weilong v2. I'd like something kind of fast/loose feeling, controllable, not catchy, and with good corner cutting although it doesn't have to be amazing cutting. I don't like the feeling of cubes that warp out of shape too much and then snap back into a cube. The Yuxin does this a bit but I'm learning to manage it. I'm OK with roundness like the Aolong or more boxy like the Weilong (maybe not quite that boxy), either way is fine. Not worried about pops or corner twists, don't care if it's noisy or quiet, or if it's 56mm vs. 57mm.

Some cubes I've been looking at include the Hualong, Meiying, Gans 356, and QiYi Thunderclap. I know some of these may be a bit warpy but it's hard to tell how much. I'm open to other suggestions as well though.

Thanks for your suggestions!

I would get the Thunderclap if I were you. It is just as good as the Aolong v2(which has been my main for 7 months) and may replace it soon. It is quite fast, stable and has good corner cutting.

I just got my Cubic AoFu and did two solves. Right out of the box it is better than my Mini ShengShou. It moves about as easily as a broken in ShengShou but doesn't catch, lock and pop. I feel more confident making turns rather than holding back in fear of a lockup. The thicker outer layer is a little disorienting at first. Other than that, no complaints. Definitely money better spent than the pillowed AoFu.

Does it have kind og sluggish inner layers like the pillowed Aofu or are the inner layers fast?

You seem to like very fast cubes so you might find the inner layers sluggish. I never thought the pillowed AoFu was sluggish, either. There really isn't much difference in turning between the inner and outer layers. Overall, I don't mind it so much when the inners are a bit slower because it helps the cube stay more stable during the 3x3 stage.

Anyway, 2 solves is not going to tell me how fast this cube is going to get once broken in. I'm just really glad it's stable and turns well.

Okay so I kinda have a problem. Ever since I got my Hualong for my birthday in June I've been mainless.
These are the cubes I am currently kinda cycling between at the moment -
Aolong V2
Hualong
YueYing
Gans 357 (not very much though)

Do you guys have any advice on how I can finally settle on just one cube? I am considering buying the Gans 356 or waiting until the TangLong comes out, but for now I'm lost.

Any advice/help is appreciated :)

Thanks guys! After a lot of research I decided I'm going with Cyclone Boys G4! :tu

Tell us how it performs once you get it.

I have it. It's really good after you set it up. Unlike the CB 5x5, this cube isn't that good out of the box. It's stiff and dry, so I took it apart and lubed the core + tensioned the sides equally. Now it's amazing.

But if you are someone looking between the Yuxin and CB 4x4, I wouldn't get the CB 4x4 unless you are willing to take the time to set it up.

ftfy... man I hate it when people make that mistake...

trying to be helpful: thunderclap and hualong are better than the zhanchi. thunderclap vs hualong is personal preference.

lol my original phrase was "your advice REALLY helps" and I just deleted everything and shortened it.

Also I have fallen in love with my Zhanchi so I'm excited to see if I'll get any better. I'm just getting these cubes to collect.

What are some good stickerless 2x2, 4x4, and 5x5 that would be good for general playing with? I want to have these features as in good/decent turning, very very good anti-pop mech, very little to no lockups, and decent corner cutting. Cause I want to have them out on my desk and let anyone who comes by and play with them without having any problem with the puzzles.

What is a good cube/ mod that will reduce the overall loudness of a cube? (I know this isn't the modding thread, but I thought I would include it.
