OH Solving Cube Recommendations

I am wanting to get into OH solving, and have used the search function, and all threads on OH cubing I've looked at are from 2010- 2011. I'm looking for a great OH cube that is up-to-date and still competitive in the market. I use an AV for a back-up and love my AoLong V2. Any recommendations would be great, and anyone who will point me towards a OH solving method tutorial would be greatly appreciated as well.

55mm Mini Zhanchi is awesome and a lot of people have it as their mains, it has a complete different feel than the regular zhanchi
also 55mm Weilong is smooth and sandy but also really good, probably better for faster OH cubers
Mini Shengshou Aurora is really swooshy and silky smooth, capable of fast times like any other.

These are just suggestions. ZZ is really good for OH too

I started cubing in 2007 and it was my main hobby up until a couple of years ago. I'm not the best, but I'm not the worst. I averaged ~25 seconds. So my question is, since I've been out of the loop, what would be a good 3x3x3 for me to get back into things and, perhaps, better my times?

Hmm.. Not much of an expert myself (sorta at your level too..), but maybe try some of the popular speedcubes out there like the Moyu Aolong V2 or a Fangshi Shuangren.. It all sorta comes down to preference. Do you have certain likes for cubes, like corner cutting, or the overall feel of it while solving?

I have a few 2x2s in mind that could do this well, but does anyone have a list of 2x2s that don't lock up as much while preforming algs?

In my opinion, Dayan Zhanchi v5, Dayan GuHong v2 (will need lube for sure), Moyu Weilong, or Moyu Aolong v1 or v2 for more stability

I didn't care for the loud, clacky, hollow, floppy feel of the Gans III.

Gotta glue the corners, then a great deal of that feeling disappears.

I have a Gans III 57 and as my sig says, it's currently my main but I struggle trying to find the right tensions and such.. High tensions? The cube just feels weird. Low tensions? It pops/explodes. Maybe I should just lube it.. Otherwise, it's a very good cube.. ^^

Should I get a mini MoYu Weilong or a DaYan 2x2, I have a regular Weilong and love it, but I can't do certain fingertricks due to my small fingers, I am also learning CLL, trying to get into 2x2, and I have a Lingpo but hate the feeling of it.

Cubicle is fine. Get mini weilong if u must. Unless you wanna do 2x2 while I keep getting faster at 3x3... my next cubicle order: stackmat pro bundle here i come! My 8.32 coulve been high 7 but I missed the spacebar....
