I want a good cube with plain and big surface to place Ruben King stickers. Can you recomend me one? GuHong? Maru?
Thanks.

Recommend me some cubes, mates. If you look at the list of cubes that I'm currently using, you should be able to see how old-school (out of touch) I am with today's cubes.

Currently using:
Eastsheen 2x2
Rubik's 3x3 (25th anniversary)
Meffert's 4x4

Here's what I'm thinking:
2x2 - LanLan
4x4 - Maru

As far as 3x3s go, I hear that the Haiyan Memory, F-II, A-V, and Guhong are all good 3x3s.

I'm wanting something that (in order of importance):
Rarely - if ever - locks up
Has a relatively crisp feel
Is quite fast but doesn't pop
Cuts corners, but cutting huge angles is not necessary

I'm not the biggest fan of the guhong, but honestly what you described is the guhong EXACTLY. cubedepot is still in stock so you can get one from there.

Ok I need to decide whether I am going to get: A haiyan memory, or a guhong + a ghost hand 2. Opinions?
In my opinion, GuHong is too out of control, and Ghost Hand II locks up too much, although it is a good speedcube. HaiYan Memory is really good though, it's fast, but not too fast, and doesn't lock up.

It's really up to you, though.

I'm looking for a 3x3 that has few lock ups, very smooth, last long, and few pops.
F-II, Alpha III-f, Alpha VI/Haiyan's Haiyan cube.

Probably some others, but those are the ones that I have. I like them all.

My personal favorite is the DIY Maru 3x3 (blue). It almost never locks up, is extremely smooth and fast and never pops. As for longevity, I've had mine for over a year now. Corner cutting is excellent. Works best with the Maru lube it comes with, but silicone is a close second.

Ok, I've been out of the game for a long time. I want to buy a new cube to start cubing again. Since It's been so long for me, I don't know what cubes are the cat's pajamas anymore. I like cubes that have a loose-crispy feel to it, like the rubiks.com assembly cube, except I've heard not-good things about the newer rubiks cubes. Any advice?

Edit: I'm mad at my grammar and run-on sentences but I'm not going to fix them.

So im pretty new at cubing, around a 60 sec average. Im looking to replace my rubiks storebought. Basically, im looking for a cube thats relatively fast (who isnt?) that doesn't lock up much. I want it to be moderatley smooth. I dont really care about quiet/loud, and it only needs to be able to cut corers a little bit. Any suggestions?

loose crispy... I'll go from best to worst:

Haiyan memory
AV
Edison
Maru

I would suggest FII or Dayan Guhong (lone goose)

FII is smoother, but guhong cuts corners better and never EVER locks up.

Ghost hand 2 is a nice cube.
