Guhong v2 or zhanchi?
I really really love my 2 zhanchis I already have, and im getting another speedcube, so I'm leaning towards a zhanchi, but a guhong v2 seems to be good. And btw I have a guhong and I didn't really love it compared to the zhanchi. But the guhong v2 seems to be somewhat similar to the zhanchi which is why I may want to buy one.
I think this is the one I got: http://lightake.com/detail.do/sku.3x3x3_Drawing_Straight_Silver_Mirror_Magic_Cube_Black_-29306
and I was really impressed with it's turning, it's very smooth, even cuts corners pretty well. (which I'd never have expected from such a cheap unbranded puzzle).
One possible down side with it though is that the stickers have a brushed metal look, which means if the centers are rotated, it's noticeable. I'm quite picky so I always end the solves with a center rotation alg to get it looking perfect.

The guhong v2 has resistance. I love that 'heavy feeling' of a guhong1. The guhong 2 is clicky like the zhanchi but has that, well, 'guhong' feel. It still has resistance, which is what I like. For me, the zhanchi simply explodes too much due to my liking of loose tensions. I hate the clickiness too.
2x2 - Wittwo (normal)
4x4- Shenshou v3
5x5- Shenshou (not much experience though)
6x6- N/A
Pyraminx- I personally like the QJ although my opinion might be that way cause I've only felt a Mefferts once at a comp.
I'm looking for a QUIET cube and it dose not pop often (once every fiftyish solves) also it should be fine at corner cutting and a good speed that's about 10$.(out of the box)
I have a Dayan Guhong (version II) that fit's your description. I use this cube while I go to work by train. It is really quiet so that I do not disturb other passengers on the train. If you tention the cube allright it never pops.

I have a zhanchi right now, and I'll probably keep that as my main for a while, but just to "expand my horizons", and possibly get a cube that pops less, should I get an mf8 legend or a type c-IV witlong?
P.S. I did my research, but I still want outside advice
I like crispy cubes more, but smooth is okay. I'm pretty neat, but I still want something that can reverse cut/ not lock up
I know the witlong locks up but I can mod it
if you have any other cubes to suggest please do.
So I have a Wit Two as my 2x2 a Dayan Zhanchi as my 3x3 and a ShenShou 4x4 V3.
I'm looking into 5x5 now and I'm wondering what is the best one on the market right now.
