Hello, I hope this is the thread to post in: what cube should I get? t.t
I just did a bit of research, apparently there are different manufacturers as well as diy/assembled types. I just started cubing (like 1 week ago?) and I'm currently learning the f2l of the fridrich method, so an information like "cutting corners 8/10" or "pops 9/10" doesn't help me. But looking in this thread, I think a cube which forces me to be accurate in my movement is a good choice.
Other than that the price is obv of matter...
Plus, does anyone know what the shipping costs to Europe are when I buy it in one of these chinese stores? Thanks for help :)

First things first, it depends on how fast you are really...
Looking at everything if you're as slow as me just stick to a sb :)
otherwise a guhong or av seem to be the best cubes for fast speed cubing

btw cutting corners is how far you can cut a corner (...) with one of the slabs overshooting (for you good corner cutting might not be necessary as you say you are looking for a cube that makes you need to be accurate.) Corner cutting may also affect popping bcs if you can cut corenrs well you need the cube on a low tension...
hope this helps

No it doesn't.
The good cubes at the moment are Dayan GuHong, Alpha V, ShengEn F2, also Dayan LunHui and LingYun are very good.
If you're really interested in turning accuracy, I'd go towards the Alpha V, the others are much more forgiving about 'sloppy' turning.
However all of them are great cubes that I'm sure you'll love.

Are Dayan cubes that aren't white/black plastic better than the white/black ones? Basically, is the 6-color one better becuase of the colored plastic or another reason?

Are the shengshou and the ghosthand II 4x4 the same thing? Some people have said they are, yet others say they're different cubes, so I'm not sure which to believe....

I doubt.

My friend's going to the USA so it's a great opportunity for me to get a V Cube set. Which store would be the best place to buy from? Puzzle Addictions doesn't have them in stock as of now. Any recommendations?

I've never heard of V-cubes being sold in stores. I live in the US and have never seen one, and everyone buys them online. Other than puzzle addictions, I don't think you could get them anywhere else in the US.
