The RS Skewb is perfect for that price range. With a bit of setup, it can be one of the best.

I have heard the pioneer is very good.

So, I'm thinking about getting the Yuxin Timer V2 (let me know if you don't think this is the budget timer i should go for) and I want to get a mat for it.
The thing is, I don't want to get the Yuxin Mat V2, but I couldn't find any compatibility informations with other mats, so i just wanna know which mats will be compatible.

If you want the best option sure go for it (I still think that the g4 is better) but if you want a more budget timer with the same options and an ok look go for the qiyi timer, that is the one that I use and I have no problems with it

I am currently maining the Volt v2, and I have the yuxin little magic square 1 as well (that one does not conner cut well). However, as I try to increase the magnet strength of the slice, I accidentally made some super glue stuck in the slice, and the turning has become unstable. Should I get the MGC square 1 as an upgrade from the Volt v2? (I have heard that it corner cuts well but it pops occasionally)

I have the cubing classroom 50mm magnetic and the yj zhilong mini m, but I do OH a bit better on the tornado v3 pioneer. Is the Valk mini m an upgrade for OH for me?

A better cube would be the valk m or the wuwei.
