I just order a GTS2M 4x4 today. If I get it in time I will let you know how it is out of the box. I am currently on the moyu aosu (version 1 or something? Got it in like 2013-2014 or whenever the first one came out) and I think I have a shengshou 4x4... also purchased around the same time I am assuming. I am in need of an upgrade and the GTS2M had good reviews for the price and it had a stickerless version!

I want a new puzzle but I'm not sure what to get. can you help me? also, it doesn't have to be a speedcube, just a fun puzzle. :D

first there's the question, WCA or non WCA?
If it's WCA, you want a puzzle that's not like your usual 3x3, but also not looking like a regular cube because probably most of the people has 3x3, 4x4 and above and they are used to the puzzle, Square-1 and Megaminxs, Pyraminxs and lastly Skewb are fun If you never solve one. but there are lots of fun puzzles outside of the WCA categories too.
for non WCA, I suggest a mastermorphinx, they are pretty cheap.

I already have a megaminx, skewb, sq1 and a pyraminx. I think that a higher layer NxN puzzle could be cool, but a lot of them are quite expensive. any cool non-WCA recommendations?

Hey hey,

I need a recommendation on a 3x3 cube that is excessively fast/buttery and is very easy on your fingers. I wrestled in college and currently do jiu jitsu and occasionally my knuckles swell up and U turns just make my hands ache even after stretching my hands out. I’m not old yet but I can imagine I’ll have some hand problems down the road from all the usage. The problem is at the end of the day I want to cube and some days it just hurts. I have a bunch of cubes, the two lightest feeling ones being the GAN356 X V2 Magnetic and DaYaN TengYun M. I really enjoy the DaYaN but I’m looking for something that is possibly easier to turn. I do use very fast lubricant from SCS and that stuff is great but if I can use that in tandem with an even easier to turn cube that would help me out so much.

Thanks,

Rainger
