If your budget is $10 to $15, why would you ask about the Spark?

If you're not getting the Spark, regardless of budget, get the Yufu v2M.

The tengyun is the quietest but the mgc v1 and most gan cubes are very quiet if you lube them right. The meilong is also surprisingly quiet with lube in it.

If you like the feel of Qiyi cubes, get the valk elite. It's only a matter of preference, and if you think you'd prefer the feel, get the valk elite.

If you already have the valk I wouldn't recommend getting the valk elite. And no, it doesn't have the valk hollow feeling.

TBH, I don't think the Valk elite is that good. I have it on the tightest spring setting, but it still pops, corner twists, and it doesn't corner cut well. I like the Valk M better, but I like the Gan X the best. I haven't tried the XS, but I think it's pretty similar.
