It all depends on how you set it (tensions & lube) because, to be honest, I don't think the Chilong has less corner cutting than, say, a Weilong.
Regarding the Gans 357 I cannot tell, I ordered one last month but I have not received it yet (due to chinese new year) and, anyway, I'm slower than you so... but even if I was as fast or faster the best person to know which cube is the best for you is... yourself.
I'll try my best to help you, though

. If you want quiet then forget about the Huanying, Liying, Yueying, and also about the new FS Guangying. If you want fast, well, you can make any top cube fast with proper lube so... I'd say:
- If you liked your Aolong V1 perhaps try an Aolong V2,
- If not get a Zhanchi (really!!!). Felix posted the other day a vid & blog you can check
here) where he says he wasn't aware how good the Zhanchi still was.
- If you don't want a Zhanchi, for whatever reason, which I think you have said several times, then get a Weilong
- and if you don't want a Weilong, come on, try the Gans...
- or the Yuxin
and if not, get a new Chilong, perhaps yours is worn out or plain bad, even though I think it might just be a case of a cube not properly set up. Mine is wonderful, plenty fast (I even slowed it down a bit with lube) and corner cutting is a bit more than 45º and reverse c.c. is 2/3 of a cubie easily, no pops, no corner twists, almost no lock-ups... I lock up less than with my Weilong (v2).
