that was a good link :) I'd like to ask a last time, do the stickers have plastic film, and does it wear off slowly? Both the old Rubik's (TM) cubes I bought, the sticky plastic came off quite easily, and the stickers faded. the cube in front of me now has orange and yellow stickers that are barely different from each other. :|

Dayan stickers are much better quality than rubik's brand stickers. I have to make sure when I get mine but my rubik's brand stickers came off in a week and all the other cubes don't even have stickers peeling after almost a year (except for the rubik's 4x4 stickers).

i need some help
i want a purple cube that has good turning speed and corner cutting
and if possible from a store in the us
i cant seem to find one except on ebay and i dont want another GH1 or a bell cube which looks like a GH2
you tell me if its good
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bell-Cube-P...262?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27ba3cf3ae

That's a bell cube.. which is just repackaged GH1 with a retarded Bell Logo on it.
The only other purple cube besides, Gh1 I can think of is a transparent purple C4Y.

im looking for a good mega and gigaminx, white (not tiled)? ive gone back a few threads but all i could find were the same zhanchi and guhong questions over and over again.

You don't need another cube, unless you don't like the ones you have. Lingyun and Lingyun V2 are good cubes. Lingyun V2 doesn't pop. Lingyun does, but some people prefer the feel of it. Tightening it makes it lock and pop less, but some people do the screw-anchor mod for the Lingyun V1.

which lingyun is more clicky?

The torpedoes run along the bottom of the corner stalks which have bits of excess plastic on the end. If you sand them down it becomes a little better but as a rule of thumb the more parts in a cube, the clickier (MOST but not ALL the time).

You really shouldn't sand those parts you should scrape them off with a knife if you sand it you end up sanding parts that you don't need to or shouldn't sand as well if you sand it it has a ruff feel after if you scrape it with a knife you can just get those stupid little burs that are there. It's like hitting someone with a hatchet for surgery instead of using a scalpel.

I sanded the part down and it felt pretty good. Yes I agree it would be better to use a knife as it's more precise but if your knife is too blunt or brittle (as in my case), sandpaper is fine. Just use a really small piece and wash off the waste plastic after (with a damp tissue).

Again- Knife > Sandpaper

To people who have Dayan + mf8 (reg size) 4x4, Shengshou 4x4 VIII and X-Cube which one do you prefer and why? What are some pros and cons of each? Thanks. I only have the Shengshou 4x4 VIII atm.

The Mf8+Dayan 4x4 is the smoothest out of all of those, and has nice turn speed and corner cutting. The only con is that it pops quite a bit. As for the X-Cube, it really doesn't offer anything that the SS VIII or the Dayan already have offered. Plus, the inner layers are absolutely terrible, and it costs anywhere from $40-$50. I would stick with the SS; if not then the Dayan if you aren't a rough cuber.

Does the turning of the SS VIII feel anything like the VII? I'm considering getting the VIII, but I have a VII, and I really don't like the feel of it.
