Those cubes are both quite outdated. If you're set on getting one of those two for some reason, the WeiLong is probably better, but honestly I'd just avoid them both at this point. Instead, I'd recommend looking into the WeiLong GTS2 M, the Valk3 (or Valk3 M), or the Gan356 Air UM or SM. If you want something on the cheaper side, I've heard that the Thunderclap V1 and MF3RS are quite good.
So is the Weilong gts2 M (mass produced ) a better option to the gan air becouse it is magnetized and cheaper than the air?

There's no such thing as a uniformly "better" cube nowadays, and it's often up to individual preferences as well as budget considerations. If money is not a concern at all, get both and maybe sell/give away the one you like less. Otherwise, the GTS2M is a lot more affordable than the Air M/UM/SM.

I'm finally deciding to get a new main, and I need to find a cube that best suits what I like.

-no bumpy resistance, even when dry. I need a perfectly smooth cube, even when turning the layer very slowly.
-nothing too light, or too heavy ((anywhere between 75-90 grams is perfect.
-size 55-56mm. I don't like 56.5 or 57.
-I need something tactile, speed doesn't worry me too much, but I do prefer something more controllable ((I have an easier time controlling a guangying than a 356.))
-i can't buy something over 20 dollars.
-noise doesn't bother me.
-nothing too blocky, I can handle very flexible cubes. ((If the lunhui were more flexible, it would be my main in 2017, but the blockiness is a bit too much for me to turn comfortably))

What would be good for me?

GTS2M is $19.99 USD on cubezz

My main right now is a Valk which i magnetised myself. I'm thinking of getting either the gts2 (and magnetise it myself) or the yuexiou pro (and magnetise it..). Which one do you think i should get? i like the valk but it's a little bit too heavy and clacky for me... i own the gans air too but its unstable for me and i get tons of catches.

Another question...

Should I learn how to magnetize cubes myself or get a cube that has already been magnetized? Considering a Valk 3 M.

It depends. If you are willing to spend the money, get a cubicle GTS2 M or an SM, but if not, then magnetize one yourself. I think you should get a UM or an SM, that way you can see what flexibility works best for you on magnetic cubes (GES).

my valk 3 cube is now having, difficulty. about every 500 turns the yellow center pops off, taking the entire layer with it. so i am going to get a good new cube. i know nothing about other cubes, but i want one that doesn't do that.

cube description of what cube i might want.

turn speed (fast but controlable with moderate practice)
corner cutting (low (not to low(or higher)))
fits my own method (lop)(many <R,r> half turns)
preferably stickerless (or durable and extra stickers)
color scheme (normal)
cost (eh, less than 75$ US currency)

what cubes best this description?

Your Valk just has a stripped core, and that can happen with any cube over time. I think if you liked it you should just get another.

But maybe with magnets? Magnets are bae

I'm searching for a very light 55mm-57mm speedcube out there. Currently I use a guanlong since it is the lightest cube I own, but it is not such a great speedcube. What is the best lightweight speedcube out there that you know of?

gan air sm is very light but its 50 dollars, there is yuxin little magic (55mm) and mf3rs (56mm) they both cost 5 dollars

Gans Air is probably one of the lightest higher end 3x3's (the regular one, magnetic versions would be heavier.)

Should I get a Yan3 or a Gts? Any others for intermediate solvers? and what color.(white black stickerless etc)
On one hand, GTS sounds like a car, so it's probably really fast.
On the other hand, Yan3 has the number 3 in it.
GTS also has three letters in it.
It's a doozy.

Luckily, Google is thing. This is the first result:

Edit: GTS is best

I'd say a cube that fits what you described is the Valk 3. Not the magnetic versions, just the standard Valk 3. With some DNM-37 the Valk is a very light cube, it's 55mm, and you could make it heavier with the right tensions and lube. My friend has the Valk and he loosened his to the loosest he possibly and it still wouldn't pop unless he forced it too, so it's a very stable puzzle. I'd highly recommend it.
