Afternoon, I am looking for some suggestions for new cubes. I recently picked up my cube again and am looking to replace them, got a couple basically falling apart.

looking for suggestions for these cubes, please note if any mods are suggested, and I noticed stickerless cubes are now legal, are the stickerless versions preferred these days?

2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, Megaminx, Pyraminx, Square-1

Thank you for your time.

Hi, welcome back to the speedcubing world.

2x2: Moyu WeiPo, GuoGuan XingHen

3x3: Qiyi Valk 3, Moyu Weilong GTS2

4x4: Qiyi Wuque

5x5: Qiyi WuShuang

Megaminx: X-Man Galaxy Megaminx(Sculpted)

Square-1: Qiyi

Weather you get stickerless or not depends on what you like. I like my big cubes stickerless.

Here are some that are popular right now. I don't have experience with all of these but they all should preform well. It mainly will come down to personal preference so I'd suggest looking into further reviews:

2x2: don't know to much here but: Moyu Weipo,Yuxin white, Kungfu Yuehun,Guoguan 2x2 (maybe the mouhuan shoujo 2x2, don't know much about it)
3x3: Moyu Weilong GTS V1 and V2, Qiyi Valk 3, and Gans Air (multiple editions) (there are a lot more too but these are the top)
4x4: Qiyi Wuque, Yuxin Blue, Kungfu Changfeng
5x5 Qiyi Wushuang, Yuxin 5x5, Moyu Weichuang GTS
Megaminx: X-man Galaxy, Shengshou aurora megaminx (and possibly the Shengshou pearl)
Pyraminx: Moyu magnetic, X-man Bell Magnetic
Square-1 Qiyi

You can also get Magnetic versions from some cubeshops like TheCubicle.us or you can make them yourself.

As far as wether you should get stickered and stickerless , is personal preference.

My suggestions are as follows:

2x2: People seem to like the XingHen a lot, and there's also a XingHen M (Cubicle Labs magnetic). I don't do 2x2 much, but that's the one I'd get if I were in the market.

3x3: Gans 356 Air, the standard versions are awesome but the UM is even better, depending on what you're willing to spend. People seem to like the Valk and the GTS, but I don't like them as much as the Air. I'm going to get the Cubicle Labs GTS2 when it comes out, based on what Chris Tran has said.

4x4: WuQue. It's pretty well regarded as the king right now.

5x5: YuXin. The general consensus right now is that the three top ones (from YuXin, QiYi, and MoYu) are pretty much even, just have different feelings.

Mega: XMD Galaxy Sculpted. Basically the Megaminx equivalent of the QiYi Squan right now, at least according to its reception. I like it, and I REALLY like how they handled the tiles. I got the Lux set (comes with all tiles), and I think the sculpted works best.

Pyra: I do even less Pyra than I do 2x2, but the XMD Bell is very well respected, and what I'd get if I were buying a new one.

Squan: QiYi. I'm going to get a WeiLong Squan soon to try it out, but from what people are saying, its corner cutting can't match the QiYi Squan, and it doesn't have any other decisive advantage. If you can wait, though, there's an XMD Squan in the works, and it looks promising.

My preference is stickered where practical, stickerless where impractical. My general boundary is between 4x4 and 5x5.
I just don't like having the colors completely dependent on the puzzle, one of the reasons I love the way the XMD mega's tiles work.
For some newer puzzles, people have talked about differences between the stickered and stickerless plastics, but I haven't noticed much.

I'm looking for a new 7x7. Does Qiyi Wuji have the same corner twist issue as Wuque? I absolutely don't want a big cube that can corner twist.

The wuque does not really corner twist often unless you have loosened the tensions and the wushuang has never corner twisted on me and I presume the wu ji will be the same though I don't have one, my wushuang had rather annoying lock ups ending in a pop if forced back badly

I got one and it's really fun to solve, I bought it just after learning 3x3 so it was challenging but now it's just fun :)

Hello
Im searching for my first Pyraminx and ym first 4x4. So do you have any suggestions (they should be stable and not too fast obviously, with or without stickers doesn't matter to me)?

If you want a stable and not too fast pyraminx, the Qiyi one is the way to go. Either the first one or the magnetic one (x-man bell) are great. The moyu one is too fast and flexible.
For a 4x4, the cyclone boys G4 is a very solid and stable cube, and it's very cheap.

Looking for recommendations for a Skewb and a Pyraminx with really strong clicking into place on turns. Puzzles that really snap into place is what I'm looking for - not all that concerned with any other aspect of them. Thanks!
