Hello,
I am having trouble deciding if I should get the YAN3 or the Valk 3. I have heard that the Valk 3 is better, but on the other hand, the YAN3 is cheaper. I am also considering other popular cubes such as the Gans air, Weilong GTS and even the MF3RS (It's only 5$!) but those are kinda in the back of the mind. I am mostly considering the YAN3 and Valk 3.

Maybe you can wait for more reviews on the new Weilong GTS V2 that just came out a few days ago before making a decision. I just for a Weilong GTS V2 myself! Can't wait to try it out! You can get it cheap with free shipping on this website (http://cubezz.com/Buy-5281-MoYu+Weilong+GTS2+3x3x3+Stickerless+Speed+Cube.html) and I've bought a few cubes on this website and so far so good. All their cubes are somehow way cheaper than other websites like thecubicle or speedcubeshop.

They're way cheaper because the site is in China. I've had good luck with cubezz, you just have to be ready for shipping to take a few weeks.

OK
Earlier today I found my year-old Aolong v2 in pieces (missing pieces btw) nobody knows what happened to it (-_-).
anyway I am going to order a new main tonight and Im pretty much deadset on a Weilong GTS. How hard do you think the transition will be? What differences should i expect? Would I be better off with a Valk and if so, why?

You might want to check out the GTS2. Just came out! I like the Valk 3, but the GTS2 might be my new Main(getting one in a few days).

The which ever cube you get it will corner cut very nicely and perform great.

I would recommend the Valk 3, but the GTS2 might be better. I'll let you know about the GTS2.

I have an Aolong V2, a GTS, and a Valk, so I guess I can do a comparison.

Aolong V2:
Feel: Somewhat smooth, but not very fast, a little bit sluggish.
Corner cutting: 7/10. Decent for its time, but out of date.
Corner twists: 5/10. Kinda bad, but not as bad as some others.

Weilong GTS:
Feel: Fast, loud, and moderately unstable, but the unstableness is not a big problem on a slightly tighter tension.
Corner cutting: 9/10. Very good, similar to the Valk.
Corner twists: 9/10. Pretty rare.

Valk 3:
Feel: Fast, a bit quieter than the GTS, and much more stable.
Corner cutting: 9/10.
Corner twists: 8/10. Somewhat rare, although I have gotten a few.

Overall:
I'd recommend the Valk 3 over the GTS, but both are good and I can use them interchangeably. People seem to like the GTS2, which I hope to try at a comp soon. I think the change you'll notice is nowhere near as big as, say, between a Zhanchi and a GTS. The Aolong is probably closer to modern cubes than to an older cube like the Zhanchi. I do think a GTS would feel looser and quicker than the Aolong though, probably.

I kept my Aolong super loose, so it kinda scares me to hear the GTSv1 is more unstable. Ive only heard good things about the GTSv2 and the improved stability sounds nice.

Every review ive seen says the GTS2 addresses the major complaints of the v1 without sacrificing performance, so GTS2 it is!
Side note: im also going to order replacement parts for my aolong and an MF3RS for a cube noob friend.

I am planing to get a megaminx and I don't know which one to get so I am wondering what the best one to get is?

If someone could tell me that would be great!

General consensus is X-Man Galaxy sculpted, at least that's what is always told.
However, my own favourite is the ShengShou Aurora and there are many top cubers who use this.
