fangshi guangying is still the fastest cube in the market, and with its crap corner cutting, it is not widely used, but yes fastest = guangying.
But the fastest cube that has reasonable reliability and performance, it would be the HuaLong, fastest moyu cube yet.

Cong's Design Meiying or Moyu Hualong.
I find myself going back to the meiying more as it does not flex as much and is more controllable than the hualong. I guess it depends on your tensions, but even when my haulong was on stock tensions, it still flex alot and i tend to overshoot and find it difficult to control.
The meiying on the other hand is the best cube to me. I have been buying lots of cubes to try and see which one fits me, and i finally found 1 which fits me perfectly. The weight, speed, corner cutting, feeling, sound, everything was perfect. Of course this is based on personal preferance.
The meiying is not only controllable, but also fast, and corner cutting is somehow better than the hualong even though the hualong was advertised to be able to cut 60 degrees (my hualong could only cut 45 with a tiny bit of strength). The reverse corner cutting on the meiying is line to line (or at least almost) too. It doesnt flex at all, does not overshoot (even though both my haulong and meiying are the same speed), and has a very good anti poping mechanism. I had difficulty getting the edge out even on loose tensions.
Overall, i would suggest the meiying, but its all down to personal preferance. If its possible, try both cubes for a while and decide which you would like to get.

Hi everyone, I just created my account on this page so don't mind me if this was posted earlier.
I'm planning to buy a cube from any web site where it can be shipped to my country sooo...
I'm asking one thing, which cubes are the best? Rubik's, Shengshou, DaYan ZhanChi and even more. So which one is the best? I'm planning on buying 3x3x3 Black with stickers, 3x3x3 Stickerless, 2x2x2 Black with stickers and 2x2x2 Stickerless.
Please help me and, tell me which cubes are actually fast, good quality and don't pop. :)

As I said before, Maru XD is the fastest I own, (I have the Meiying and Hualong and they got nothing on the XD's speed) corner cutting isn't the greatest but it seems to be better than the Guangying (I don't have this cube though) It's a pretty crispy cube with makes it somewhat controllable despite its ludicrous speed.
 
what Goosly said. I can give you a little Information on the 3x3's I have:

Rubik's brand: don't get it.
Dayan Lunhui: This is an older cube that's a bit lackluster by todays standard but still decent, I personally wouldn't get this.
Dayan Zhanchi: Still good by todays standard, but isn't widely used anymore. It sucks out of the box so you have to break it in and do a lot of work on it. it can pop on looser tensions but I got mine not to pop.
Shengshou Aurora: Its got good turning but corner cutting isn't the best, also it pops.
YJ Guanlong: Its a very cheap cube with good performance for its price.
Fangshi Shuangren V2: This cube was underrated imo, Its got a nice scratchy feel and good performance. However, You may be better off Getting The Fangshi Jeiyun (don't have it) as it is said to have a similar feel but better performance.
Witeden Type C5 V2: Another underrated cube for it's day. It is Unpoppable, near impossible to corner twist and is fast yet controllable. It's largest downfall is that it is a bit catchy.
Cyclone boys Feiwu: And yet another underrated cube Imo. This cube is amazing for ~7$, Its corner cutting is lacking but I don't get many catches despite this. This is a clacky cube with a mid fast speed.
Maru XD: Raw Speed is what makes this cube special, Its just Fast. Its also very crispy which makes it somewhat controllable.
Moyu Weilong: Very good allrounder cube, Can't go wrong with this one.
Moyu Aolong V2: This is one of the most popular cubes on the market, Its a great performing cube.
Moyu Hualong: This is an Amazing cube, fast, slightly crispy and great corner cutting
Cong's Design (Moyu) Meiying: This is currently my main, Fast, has Excellent resistance to popping and corner twisting, decently stable and has the best corner cutting of all the cubes I have.
Qiyi Thunderclap: Like the Weilong, this is another allrounder and has become very popular. Its also cheaper than the average 3x3.

some other cubes I don't have that are also popular are: the Gans 357, Gans 356, Fangshi Jeiyun, Moyu Tanglong, Cong's Design Yueying and the Yuxin Qilin 3x3

You should get either the Gans 356 or MoYu Aolong according to turning style. Gans 356 is very fast but not uncontrollable and has a scratchy, buttery smooth feel. It can cut almost all around the cube. It pops a bit if tensions are too loose. Great out of the box. Aolong is a great cube great corner cutting. It too can cut almost all around the cube, it never pops as well and feels like the Gans but is a bit crunchy and feels bumpy when turning slowly. Better than the Gans out of the box as it is a bit slower than that(the Gans is a little bit too fast). Zhanchi is a good option too IMO. It is crunchy and is not good out of the box but get much better after ~50 solves. After tensioning and taking out the torpedoes it does not pop too much.

Final recommendation: Aolong if you prefer crunchy feeling cubes. Gans 356 if you prefer buttery smooth, scratchy feeling cubes.

cubes as gifts

So my friend's bithday is comming soon and he is cuber as me and i want to buy him some cube but i dont know wich. He needs a 4x4 becuse he only hase rubiks 4x4. So if you have any suggestions about any cubes plz reply.

my budget: 10-15-20 dollars :D ;)

Yeah I heard that too. But the G4 needs breaking in and setting up, so if his current cube is a Rubik's he may not have lube or the time it takes to break the G4 in would be a very long time (as he is probably a slow solver).

If you can afford it, go with the Aosu. If not probably a Yuxin

Otherwise, give him something different like a shapeshifter or another WCA event like Pyraminx. Have a look at the mirror blocks, YJ/Moyu Windmill or Crazy Fisher cubes, Axis/Axel cube.
 
MOYU TANGLONG VS GANS 356

Hey peepel,

I've got the Gans 356 from a comp a few months back but I'm wondering if it's really worth getting Moyu Tanglong?
