Are the yuxin and thunderclap good?
Also im looking to try 2x2. Everyone says dayan but they also say it pops. Its either dayan or lingpo for me. so i can i get some help deciding.

The Yuxin is nice. It has excellent corner cutting, it is not very fast (at least not as fast as, e.g., a Weilong) and it is just a bit unstable but not much. But for me it pops once in a while and it is too bumpy/jumpy (perhaps because it corner cuts so well that instead of locking it just turns, but sometimes not on the face you intented it to turn and it does so with some force so you just feel it bumping, or it directly explodes with a big pop of several pieces). Perhaps I have it on too lose tensions but that's how it came out of the box. I have managed to do quite good times with it but I am not nearly as consistent with it than with my main, which is a much more stable cube (even if it locks up more).

I have read good reviews of the Thunderclap but I don't own one so I cannot compare it yet.

Both of these 3x3s are good and there my mains. Also I would recommend the Fangshi 2x2 but I've never tryed the Lingpo.

Hey. Im looking for a 2x2 which is fast and sort of scratchy like the wittwo
Would the fangshi xiyung (or whatever it is ) would suit me? I current ly havea witwo v1 but I would like something faster

i heard the dayan pops quite abit tho
but if thats not the case and it doesnt lock up i think ill try the dayan
also does anyone know if dayan is ever gonna come out with a new 2x2?

My lingpo locks and pops quite a bit, although the pops don't usually have pieces falling out, it is internal pieces popping. I would not recommend it.

I've used the LingPo as my main for months and it has never popped. The internal catching can be frustrating at times but at least it's not as sluggish as the DaYan is.

thats making me rethink my decision
argh picking cubes are so frustrating

does it pop and lock up?
what abot the lingpo?
does it lock up and pop?
and is it worth the almost half price?

Dayan does not lock up. It pops occasionally, but not that often. Popping is no reason to not get it though, because its smoothness and speed (after breaking in) makes up for it.

As always, the best reply to the "Dayan 2x2 vs MoYu LingPo", as with any other Cube A vs Cube B question is: "Get both if you can and decide by yourself". Unless the question is something like Rubik's speedcube vs any other 3x3, when the answer is clearly unanimous. :)

But, just to add my two cents to the discussion, I have a LingPo and it has never popped. I'm not into 2x2, though, so take this with a grain of salt. I don't have the Dayan 2x2 but, unless I start to get more interested in 2x2 that won't happen any time soon. Unlike with 3x3s, where I have more than half of all the best cubes in the market... and still can't decide which one is better :P
