IMO, all the good new cubes are good enough to get you sub-10. They all have pop resistance, more than enough corner cutting, and are fast. The biggest difference is the feel. For that, either you have to try one that someone else has or buy them to try them. Some cubes may fit certain turning styles better but again, you mostly just have to try it to know.
Edit: If you must have some pros and cons to help your decision here is my experience:
WL 0 pops, SR 1 pop, GH (I have v1... v2 has torpedoes but on my v1 I have occasional pops, like 1 every few hundred solves. My tensions are slightly tight.)
Maintenance: I would say GH requires more lubing than WL or SR. WL and SR mainly need lube in core. SR surfaces don't really need any lube and will eat up Lubix because it's textured. Lube can have good effect on WL but it doesn't require too much maintenance.
Speed: WL fastest
All these three (bear in mind I have SRv1 and GHv1) are my main practice cubes. I rotate between them and they all offer something different so whatever choice you go with will be fine.
