With the current market theres no reason to purchase the Hong anymore
in the recent vin 5 review by the cubicle rowe was saying that the gan is really good for blind cuz the layers are all good size. the aochuang isn't that good because the outer layers are bigger.
I'm kind of on a budget right now though, and as I said, I don't wanna buy a cube and have the cube break after only 2 months of use (which has happened to me a lot).

Just get the MGC. The core breaking is wildly exaggerated.
For me, the DaYan GuHong Pro Maglev has been super quiet. It is already quiet out of the box, but when you clean out the excess lube in the puzzle, my personal set up is putting weight 5 on the tracks, and adding 3 drops of Mystic and DNM-37 to the cube. Now it is super quiet, and I perform pretty well on it. It is not my main, but it is my backup cube. Hope this helped!
Dayan Tengy v1/2 is the common pick for quietest, but both aren’t really that modern anymore. The best quality speed cube I’ve tried that can be very quiet is the Tornado v3 (with core lube). The new Dayan Zhanchi I’ve heard is pretty quiet as well, although I don’t know exactly how quiet it is. Frankly, any Dayan cube can be made decently quiet, so either the Zhanchi v5, Guhong pro (if it’s still available) or the Tornado v3 are great options
Tornado v2; unfortunately discontinued. But if you can find one and you set it up, it is incredibly quiet compared to other cubes. (Primarily at lower turning speeds).
Ok, get a tornado v3 or guhong pro for best performance. The tengyun v1 is technically quieter tho.
I recommend the Hudong Light. Pretty silent and smooth when lubed with mystic and fz glide
Tengyun V1 still counts as modern, there is nothing about more recent speedcubes that makes it definitively worse, I can pretty conclusively say it is the quietest standard size 3x3 speedcube, otherwise maybe consider the new zhanchi v5
