Which cube cube is better :
1. Fangshi Shuang Ren V2, or
2. Fangshi shuang ren V1 (54.6mm)
Because many people say that Fangshi shuang ren V1 (54.6mm) is better than the 57mm Fangshi shuang ren V1 - like 55mm dayan zhanchi is better than the dayan zhanchi 57mm. So is it better than the V2???

Both of them are actually the same, except for the size difference obviously.
The Fangshi 54.6mm came out after the original V1, so it already got the minor improvements that came with the V2. Basically it's a V2, just smaller.
I'm pretty sure this is the reason why people say that the 54.6mm felt better that the V1.
I doubt they will ever make the Fangshi 54.6mm V2. V2/54.6mm V1 already fixed most of the problems that people were complaining about.
I assume that if they were to invent some kind of new mechanism or something, they would just release it as a new cube altogether.

You mean on the 57mm V2? I'm pretty sure they mean that they regard the 54.6mm as a V2, even though there's no official "54.6 V2". Basically they skipped the "54.6 V1".
As I've said before, they are exactly the same cubes, same pieces/core.
If they were to make a new improved 54.6mm, then they would definitely do it to the 57mm too, which implies that there would be a V3 and so on.
And I think they would definitely announce if they were to make a V2 of the 54.6mm, which they have not.
I just got a Lanlan and like it. It's smooth and solid, but has no spring movement or corner cutting out of the box, so not sure how good it would be for speedcuboiding (if anyone actually does that).
My Dad thinks that a rubix cube(standard 3*3) would be a good present for me for either Christmas or my birthday. He might get me one for either of those holidays.
The very wide positive consensus for the WeiLong is pretty much a result of its performance. The cube is in my opinion clearly the best cube in matters of performance. Great performance does not mean great cube. The cube will cut anything and it is very fast. This is why it need quite some dexterity and accuracy to tame. Also how the cube feels during solves is an important factor when looking for a "main" cube. All new "good" cubes on the market can probably easily break world records in terms of performance so in the end it comes up to taste. I personally use a WeiLong as of now but I'm still not done looking for a better cube to suit my style and speed/accuracy. This cube doesnt give you a high std. deviation because of lock ups or pops but it can do so because it can be so hard to control at times.
I would not go with the lingyun v2, it's a good cube but the zanchi, guhong, or fanshi are probably all better choices. The weilong feels difficult to control at first but it grows on you over time. Anyway, don't limit yourself to a single cube, maybe purchase two or three of the ones that you think might suit you best.
Faster does not mean better. Please stop acting like it does.
OP, both are really good, and I've never been able to pop either of them. Considering I reach 8TPS solves fairly often, I would consider them both "unpoppable".

Out of all the newer cubes that are have great performance as well as next to no popping, which one of them is the smoothest. I prefer fast yet smooth cubes not crisp or clicky.
