2. other budget 2x2s to consider - Qiyi MS and YJ Yupo V2 M, but I think the MGC is a better choice. Valk line discontinued, lots of places already sold out.

3. There is a Little Magic and there is a Little Magic M (which is magnetized). The YLM M is the one that has been most often recommended. There's also the new Moyu RS and Moyu Weilong pyraminxes.
3. The YLM M over the Qiyi? Edit 2: it seems the YLM M isn’t sold on scs, is that correct?

thank you!

edit: why do all my posts have to be approved…is it because I’m new?

I have the 2x2 and I really like how it feels; it's fast yet controllable. For me, I actually had to do a lot of set up to get the cube how I like it; interesting because a lot people on YouTube really like it out of the box. Like Eli said, it is very fast and needs to have something done to it for it to be slowed down. Super great budget 2x2 hands down; highly recommend!
How quiet is it? I like quiet cubes and the 2x2 I use right now makes a lot of noise.

Hi! I am getting the gan 11m pro but my cube store doesn't have uv only frosted should I try and get it somewhere else for more expensive or is it that big a deal

Hey I need to know what square 1 to get
Get the Volt V2. I tried the MGC for about 6-700 Solves and I can't say any good about it.
It's very stiff out of the box but it still pops, which only gets worse if you try to losen it at all.
It's the only Double-Sphere Mechanism Sq1 I know where there popping is a problem.
The Magnets of U/D make them very hard to turn while the slice isn't even noticable.
It uses a nylon nut so after a couple k solves it WILL start to strip. That's just not what nylon nuts are designed for.
Stiffness never got better with breaking in.

The Volt has problems, too but at least it doesn't pop and the magnets are the right strenght. If you vould still buy the Qiyi, that would be your canidate in my opinion.

So, writing after a very long break.

I have decided to return back to 2x2 for a while. You can say that I am a complete beginner at 2x2, who knows how to solve it by the beginner method and nothing else. So, what cube would you recommend? I like fast-turning cubes and won't mind if a cube is unstable or hard to control, up to some extent, of course.

The cube I had used so far was non-magnetic and was an absolute garbage. (I don't even know its name). And, seriously speaking, my average in 2x2 is just above 14 seconds, which is crazy, given that my 3x3 average is about 19 seconds.

The QiYi MS 2x2 is pretty much the best you can ask for, great price, top tier performance.

An MGC 2x2 is another budget option like the one Eli mentioned above, but it is a little less speedy and isn't as clacky as the Qiyi MS. It really comes down to personal preference. If you don't mind spending a lot of money, the MGC Elite or the Gan 251 are the way to go. The MGC Elite feels like a more polished MGC, while the GAN 251 M is a very light and fast cube.

Is there any 3x3 cube with great corner cutting and is very stable? I liked the Gan 11 M Pro because of its corner to core magnets, but it has a corner cutting catching problem which I didn't like very much.
No cube is very stable and has exceptional corner cutting. You have to sacrifice some of one to have the other. With that said, I think the valk elite has the best stability to corner cutting ratio out of the cubes I have tried.

So I want to buy a new 3x3 cube and I would like to know your opinion. Which cube you think it’s the best cube on the market right now???
