GAN 356 XS or M?
Can’t speak from experience but both seem to perform at pretty close to the same level with the XS catching slightly less. The XS is “more” customizable however. (Not really, they eliminated spring customization on the XS and reinvented the screw) I would say $30 isn’t worth it for magnet customization and slightly less catching.

I have tried the kylin but i felt it came to tight and wasn’t as good as the yulong in my oponion
I have multiple magnetic YLMs, Kylin v2M and the yulong.

I main a magnetic YLM, the Yulong is an amazing turning cube but The magnets are too weak for my liking. The kylin just feel short on quality, there’s nothing amazing about it. I prefer it the least of these3 but the tiles look neat. I think the yulong at $8 is the best budget option if you want magnets.

The RS3M Should also be considered since many top speedcubers use it despite the 15$ pricetag.
Rs3m is fast but uncontrollable. Rs3m may be too fast for some cubers. YLM is more stable and has good speed.

Yuxin little magic m is the best 3x3 under $20, while the qiyi ms is the best 3x3 under $10.

In my experience Wuwei is better than the YLM and its only 15$, I also think the RS3 has better overall performance than the YLM for only 15$ as well.

The MGC Elite is 23 dollars and is over the 20$ limit for that category https://www.thecubicle.com/search?type=product&q=MGC+Elite
Yes, the wuwei is that good. It's performance and feel are like a cross between the GTS3 and Valk line.
Is there really a 3x3 within the $20 price range that stands out? There are many great 3x3s within the price range, such as rs2m, rs3m, ylm m, thunderclap v3m, qiyi ms, wuwei m, etc.
I've heard that some cubers prefer the ms 3x3 and the thunderclap v3m over the wuwei m.

The thunderclap v3 is basically a nerfed valk power. I have not tried any of the MS cubes so I won't comment on those. The RS3 was my former main and it responds very well to any lube combo (Mine was angstrom and it was amazing) and the RS2 is also a fantastic cube that has similar qualities to the WRm in terms of performance but it's a little slower. I don't really like the YLM's qualities and the magnetic ones I have tried are only just okay for my turning. The wuwei is an excellent all-around choice since it does not have any major weaknesses. Overall the RS2, RS3, and Wuwei are my favorites in the under 20$ category, I'm also going to throw in the MGC v1 since it has a very unique feel that many would enjoy.
