Ok, im more interested in clock than sqr-1 so ill get that. Any megaminx recommendations? Im planning to get a yuxin little magic megaminx.
Qiheng megaminx is better for beginners as it is more controllable than yuxin little magic v2 megaminx. Qiheng megaminx is much smoother too. Unlike other qiyi budget puzzles with frosted plastic, Qiheng megaminx has glossy plastic. I have just bought a Qiheng megaminx and it is great out of the box.

Yuxin little magic sq1ms is better than qifa sq1. Yuxin little magic sq1ms is factory slice magnetized, while qiyi Qifa sq1 has frosted plastic with candish shades. Although Qifa has good corner cutting, it is way too slow.
If you are on a tight budget, get the mfsq1. It is fast and smooth unlike the sluggish qifa. However, if you are getting the mfsq1 and you are going to magnetize the slices by yourself, don't get the stickerless version. I have tried to do that and it failed pretty badly. However, slice magnets on sq1 are not necessary for beginners.

I have the qiheng, but I’ve tried YLM megaminxes and they’re quite good. That sounds about right for your budget too. About the clock, do not be surprised if it is terrible out of the box. Open it up, lube it, and bend the little metal rods in the pins so that they’ll catch better. If you get a bit more money and decide you like clock, then get some magnets from CornerCutter and glue them on!

I know I didn’t explain a lot, please ask for clarifying some things up!

The qiheng only comes with stickers or stickerless sculpted, and i dont really like sculpted.

I have just got a lingao clock last month, and I could not manage to open the clock. How should I open it?

What do you think of the yuxin kylin v2 m?
Yuxin little magic m is better in terms of durability. Yuxin kylin v2m will become slow after hundreds of solves. Lube may help a bit, but after another hundreds of solves, it becomes sluggish again. However, yuxin little magic m do not have this problem. I have been using yuxin little magic m as my main for 3 months. I have done about 1500 solves on the yuxin little magic m, and it is as great as first I got it.

Yuxin is coming out with a new 3x3 again.

A few things:
1. YLM squan is fully magnetized, just not super strong magnets
2. I agree with you about YLM squan being better, but the person who asked was indeed on a tight budget, and as I have the qifa but not the mfsq1, I recommended it as I have experience with it and I enjoy using it.

Other than that,

Im going to order some cubes soon, and im planning to get a megaminx and a yuxin kylin v2 m. I dont currently own a sqr-1, a clock, 6x6+, or any non-WCA puzzles besides a rubiks twist, but that doesnt really count. Please tell me what cubes you recommend me to get. Also i dont want to spend more than $30, and i dont like stickers. Which of the previously mention cubes do you think i should get?
Recommendations:

5x5: Little Magic M
6x6: Little Magic unless you can get a cheap magnetic
7x7: Cyclone Boys G7 but watch for sales/specials. You might be able to snag a Huanglong or Wuji for less than $20.

The Yuxin Kylin v2M is an excellent cube. You will like it. You might also consider the MF3RS3M.

I'm not very interested in big cubes atm, but i cant wait to get the yuxin kylin. I only have 2 decent cubes, a weilong v2 and an mf3rs. how do they compare to the yuxin kylin v2 m?
