How about YJ cubes. Or qiyi mofang ge bull fight.
The Bullfight is a couple years old and $9, I'm sure it's fine but it might be a little outdated and it doesn't fit the budget you specified.
YJ is a Moyu sub-brand, same as MoFang JiaoShi (who make the MF3RS), and most people seem to regard the MF3RS as an upgraded GuanLong.

Suggest a cube below 5$ which can be used for sub 20 solves

You can be sub-20 with any recent cube that isn't made by Rubik's. You seem to post every day about puzzle choice - can I recommend you look at YouTube reviews, or customer reviews on TheCubicle, and just buy a cube? In general, the cube won't make as big a difference to your time as practice will.

What cube should I get? I'm sub 30 and I'm currently using QiYi Thunderclap v1. I was thinking about getting a ShengShou FangYuan or a QiYi Warrior W. I like smooth and fast cubes. Please recommend a cheap cube.
The Thunderclap V1 is very popular among very fast people, often preferred over even very expensive cubes like the Air, Valk, and GTS. Why are you looking to get a new cube? Do you not like how the Thunderclap feels?

I don't know about cheap cubes, but the Gans Air is pretty much the definition of smooth and fast.

Yeah, I do not really enjoy the feeling of Thunderclap. And yeah, Gan Air might be the cube I'm looking for.

How about YJ yulong

Dude, seriously, we've answered that question so many times already. We said it's good, but there are others that are way cheaper and way better. You ignore us. Fine. It sounds like you really like the YuLong. If you want the YuLong, get the YuLong. Case closed. There's your answer.

I was thinking of getting better cubes for 2x2, 4x4, 5x5 and getting to learn skewb and megaminx.

- Guoguan Xinghen 2x2
- Qiyi Wuyue 4x4
- Qiyi Wushuang 5x5
- Qiyi Skewb or Qiyi Qicheng Skewb?
- Qiyi X-man Galaxy Megaminx (Concave)

Are these good choices without setting up?

I recommend the sculpted gakaxy megaminx. I have the sculpted, concave, and I made a convex with the Lux set. As much as I wanted the concave to be better (since I put my custom sticker scheme on it) the sculpted is just FAR superior.

I have the 2015 QiYi skewb in stickerless and I like it better than the Moyu skewb (non magnetic). I haven't tried the new QiYi skewb.

I hear glowing reviews about everything else. I haven't tried them, but I have a Wuque on the way and I intend on getting the others, too.

And if you want any puzzle to be good, you gotta learn how to set up your cubes.

Thanks for the quick reply. It's good to know they are all good cubes.

Do you know where I can find a black Qiyi X-man Galaxy Megaminx (Sculpted)? I can only find a stickerless.

Also, is Guoguan Yuexiao 3x3 kind of in between a Gans 356 Air 3x3 and a Valk 3 3x3?

No, only stickerless. Trust me, it's good for Speedsolving. The color recognition is fine on the sculpted. I just think the black cube with my color scheme looks cool. My recommendation is get the Lux set. It comes with one face of black so you can use that instead of another color that you might not like. The current world record was set with a stickerless sculpted gakaxy megaminx. And the grip is excellent.

The Yuexiao is in its own class IMO. It is good but The Valk is better, though.

How is it better?
It's my understanding that the YueXiao and the Valk look really similar, but feel very different.
The Yuexiao catches a little bit. The Valk does not catch even if you try. The Valk has a smoother, buttery feeling that just flows better. But I love my Yuexiao's. I love my stickerless the most. (don't tell my black one) my wife's backup main is her white Yuexiao. the Yuexiao just has an awesome feeling that I haven't felt on any other puzzle, but it is out-performed by the Valk.

I'll have to get a YueXiao.
I doubt it'll dethrone my Air, but now I'm curious how it feels.
