I'll do my best.

Differences:

- Valk3 is a tad smaller at 55.5mm, it looks like nothing but it's noticeable. I am fan of 57mm cubes and had been forced to adapt lately to 56mm ones so I had no issues in adapting to 55.5 but M-slices are starting to be a bit narrow for my big fingers.
- Valk3 is much more stable. In fact is one of the most stable cubes I've had lately. To find something this stable I have to go back to cubes with much worse corner cutting like Chilong, etc.
- GTS is faster but that doesn't mean the Valk3 is slow by any means.

Similarities:
- Both catch a little (this has to do with squared-off corners, I think). Anyway they catch less than, say, the Yuxiao.
- Both turn very nicely & corner cut very well (maybe a bit better the GTS but this also depends on tensions).

For me the Valk3 is the best option hands down. It is almost as fast but much more controllable. It's my new main since the day I unboxed it and now, when I go back to my former main (Yuexiao) it feels clumsy and catchy in comparison.
Thanks, I think i'll go with the valk3 since I don't really like really fast cubes and i like stability. Also the size seems great for OH.

CB G4, Yuxin 5x5 and Yuxin 6x6 (all stickerless) are the ones I use but, I don't have any of the more recent 5x5s or 6x6s, except for the BoChuang 5x5. The Yuxin 5x5 cannot be bad, though, Feliks still uses it ;) But regarding the 6x6 maybe the Weishi or Wuhua are a bit better than the Yuxin, not sure.
The Yuxin 5x5 is IMO the best 5x5 on the market still. Even with the WuShuang and WeiChuang being highly praised.

I want a 2x2 that:

Has good corner-cutting
Rarely pops
Has awesome speed{as much as the thunderclap but 2x2 of course}
Has price range of 4 to 6 dollars

Also for options,
YJ GuanPo
YJ YuPo
KungFu YueHun
Any of these should do:)
So which is the best of these?

P.S I don't own a 2x2 so I don't want a 2x2 that requires setting up!

Is the Valk 3 like the "new" cube that is one of the best? I am thinking of getting either the Valk 3 or the Aolong V2, but I'm leaning more towards the Valk 3.
The Valk 3 is a great cube and one of the best on the market, lots of people love it and it's endorsed by the current WR holder.
That doesn't mean you'll like it more than any other cube, that's very much up to you and your preference, but it's a safe buy and it performs better than the Aolong V2.

I'm going to be buying either the Valk M or the GTS M. I already have the GTS and I love it (I go back and forth between it and the Air as my main), but I don't have a Valk yet, so while I hear great things, I don't know if I like it.
So, which one should I get? The one based on a cube I know I love or the one based on a cube everyone else seems to love more?

I have a GTS and a Valk. The Valk is leaps and bounds better than the GTS in my opinion. Better stability. Valk doesn't lock up or catch in any way, whereas the GTS catches and isn't very stable. Also, the GTS has caps. I don't like caps. The Valk has a sharper square shape, so it has a good feel like the Yuexiao. The GTS has a more rounded shape and I don't like that as much. Also, I think the slightly smaller size is easier to manage. If I had a spare $46, I would get a stickerless Valk M (if you get stickerless, you get a $3 discount). hope this helps.

I appreciate the input! You saying the GTS catches and the Valk doesn't is kind'a weird to me, because I can't recall my GTS ever catching at all. I'm thinking I should just get the regular Valk to see what you're talking about and get a magnetic cube after I've compared.

As an aside: It's weird, I see everyone talking about the lack of caps on the Valk as a good thing, but I have some weird thing against that. For some reason it just gives me the impression of cheapness or something. Maybe it was all that time I mained a Shuang Ren, I don't know, but I just love caps.

You could always stick some magnets in your GTS yourself. Otherwise I'd get the improved version of the cube you know you like.

The Yuxin 5x5 is IMO the best 5x5 on the market still. Even with the WuShuang and WeiChuang being highly praised.
Just curious what (in your opinion) still makes the Yuxin the superior 5x5? I have the Yuxin and I love it, but am seriously considering the WuShuang. I've heard that it improves corner cutting and drastically reduces the signature 5x5 lockups. What do you think?

It's really smooth, not a hint of scratchiness if set up correctly. The speed is neither too fast nor too slow and the cube is perhaps the most stable cube I've tried, including the bochuang and wushuang.

Reason why the corner cutting isn't as useful as it seems is because the cube catches in the inner and doesn't do small cuts as well. This makes the cube pretty rugged and rough as opposed to the Yuxin that does the small cuts and doesn't catch, therefore a more fluid turning experience.

Also, biggest turn off of the wushuang is the outer layer is slightly slower than the inner layer, and that makes 3x3 stage a pain in the butt cuz the inner layer always gets in the way.

The nasty 5x5 lockups do exist on the Yuxin(I barely ever get it), but if try to avoid that using an wushuang it won't be as if you will drastically improve. The lack of turning accuracy will bite you in terms of improvement/peogression no matter what cube you use.

One more thing about the feel of the yuxin: it feels soft, something I prefer over the sharpness and hardness of a wushuang.

Thanks for the response, I really appreciate it! All those things you said about the Yuxin are true; I do love the feel, speed, and stability of it. I still might seek out a WuShuang anyway just to get a feel for the differences myself. I experimented with a lot of 3x3's and 4x4's until I learned my own preferences. The Yuxin is the only 5x5 I've used, so my perspective is still kinda limited there.

its all personal preference! the 5x5 market has 4 puzzles that are all main worthy and its so refreshing!
