I have a Moyu Pyraminx ;) But because of the price I'll buy the cube. $7 for a Moyu Magnetic Pyraminx is cheap, but thanks for the answer man
I already had a Qiyi Pyra that I was quite happy with but I saw the Moyu Magnetic at $5.50 or so at Lightake and I couldn't resist. I received it a week ago and oh man, I am nowhere near fast at pyra but this is really great, buttery smooth and so much better than any other pyra I have. Recommended for the price.

I'm thinking of buying a new 3x3 cube, what do you think is better of two: Moyu Aolong v2 and Moyu Weilong GTS. And you can show me some cube that you think it is good. Thank you! ;);)

In terms of performance they are pretty much equal. I suggest getting GTS simply because it's the new generation to keep up with the times. Might as well since they are almost the same price.

Edit: I mean quality of performance. Differences in how they performed I think are illustrated well in above posts.

I'm still in that one stage where I can't decide a cube, and I think I should just get a main I could stick with. Here are my criteria:

55-56mm
Tactile feeling, not super smooth.
Corner cutting standard minimum: just under 45. Reverse, maybe 2/3 cubie
I like lighter cubes.
I am not too much of a fan of squared off corners .
I like cubes that don't feel gummy when doing a whole wrist turn.
Age doesn't matter much.
I prefer harder plastics
I am prone to pops with my turning style, since it is rough, and I do use wrist turns for M slice algorithms (unless if it is m2, which I use fingertricks.)
I usually don't catch, and I prefer a good m slice.
I don't like the gans core.
I'm not too much if a fan of cubes related to the meiying.
What should I get?

Qiyi Thunderclap seems to be the cube u r looking for. First post :)

It's one of the best 4x4s on the market, but if you don't want to spend that much money on a 4x4, I've heard the YuXin Blue can be just as good (although you may need to do a spring swap).
Buy the 62mm aosu at lightake, $9 isn't a deal breaker.

I haven't used the Yuxin Blue though.

I started with a traditional Rubiks brand cube and used it for about 3ish months before getting my first speedcube. I now have a Moyu Aolong V2 and I really like it except for the fact that I think it is almost too fast for me. I wanted to know if anyone knew of a good intermediate speed cube - my best time is only 41 seconds. Also any opinions on stickerless vs. stickers. Thanks(I'm really new to cubing).

Hey everyone. I am interested in getting a Skewb Ultimate and wanted to see if you might be able to suggest a manufacturer? All I have seen available are the ones made by Mefferts and QJ. Are there any other makers out there? Thanks

Hey guys,

I am going to buy a new 3x3 cube soon, but I'm not sure exactly which one to get. I use a 55mm Zhanchi right now and I'm thinking about getting Moyu Aolong V2. I went to a cubing competition earlier this year and 90% of the people had Aolong V2's so that was definitely the most popular cube. Is there a new cube that is better or an improvement of Aolong V2? I don't want to spend more then about $16. Also since the Aolong V2 is 57mm how will that affect me?
