I recently got back into cubing and I don't know if I should stick with my Zhanchi or get a new cube. What should I do ?

Depends. It depends on your budget, your speed and your current opinion on your cube. If you have the money, sure go buy a new cube. If your cube is good enough for your speed, and you don't need something new (really, unless you have a bad Zhanchi or keep popping it you don't need a new cube. ) you don't need to buy one. So only buy it if you have the money, and feel like you need a better cube to get faster. (Not necessary to be faster though)

Thank you for your answer.
I don't know what the prices are but I think $10-15 should be enough for a good cube, isn't it ? As of now, I'm sub20 using CFOP. About the cube, sometimes it tends to lock up and pops happen when I go too quickly. I also feel like it isn't as smooth as it used to be (don't worry I cleaned it lol). I can't tell if it's a bad Zhanchi, I haven't used another one unfortunately.

That should be enough I think (I'm not familiar with the currency in France so I don't know how much that is). Most cubes nowadays, don't lock up or pop. The only difference is feeling. Do you like smooth cubes, bumpy cubes, crispy cubes or scratchy cubes?

I said 10-15 USD not euros, but it's more or less the same thing nowadays. Oh that sounds nice! And I prefer smooth cubes.

4x4: Yuxin, Yusu or CB G4?

(the Aosu is too expensive so I kicked it out)

Those 3 cubes all have a similar price so I want to know which one is the best regardless of their price.
I personally own a Yuxin and like it even though the center caps detach.

yuxin is definitely better than the yusu, as for the G4 ive heard good things about it

I own a yuxin 4x4 and haven't had center cap issues, it's really great so far

Do not get the Yusu. Just don't. See this video for a more professional opinion on it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Halm8aV-hqw

You're welcome, EtoileYuki. It's nice to help. (Ordway really did everything though)

What 2x2 is the best? help me find a good 2x2.

Hi guys,

It would be nice if you could help me get a good 2x2 for me. I would not want a beginner cube as I am sub 50 on the 3x3 and can solve a 2x2.I like cubes with scratchy/crispy feels and nothing that will let me down with speed- I am a speedsolver on the 3x3. I really have no intention to lube or tension AT ALL.
My choices are Cyclone Boys 2x2 ,Shengshou Aurora 2x2, Yuxin 2x2 and Moyu Lingpo 2x2. please help me and give me advice.

Yours Sincerely,
