Need a different cube.... Suggestions?

I had started cubing a while ago, but I hadn't really picked it back up until a few months ago. After gaining interest again, I bought a Fangshi Shuang Ren and started to learn CFOP, as I only knew the beginners method. I picked up on the new method quickly, and my times began to improve as a result. I went from an ~1 min 20 sec average with the beginners method, to a 50 second average with CFOP. Now, I love the cube I got. It's fast, has a great feel, and has given me a nice transition into speedcubing. My only problem is the catches and lockups the cube has. The fangshi I have is the mini 54.6mm version, and for some reason the cube gives me minor catches almost constantly. The speed is perfect, so that isn't an issue. It's the tiny catches that cause the cube to lock up briefly while solving or scrambling. Can anyone give me a recommendation for a cube with a similar feel, but without the catching and locking? I'm indifferent to the size, so if you want to suggest a 57 or 55, I won't care either way. It's just that I think I could really benefit from a cube that was a bit more stable and didn't lock up (I've tried all tensions, the problem is that the cube doesn't work perfect to my turning style, it's not the tensions). I know you might ask me to change my turning style, but I can tell that it's the lack of corner cutting that causes the catches. I'm considering the Yuxin 3x3, due to the insane corner cutting, but I'm open to anything. Please give me some feedback, as it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It could be that your turning style is an issue. If you feel that it is not, and you like the scratchy feel, I would suggest the JieYun. It is also by fangshi. Get the 54.6 mm version, so that there are no grooves on the pieces. that way the stickers are larger.

I reccomend the aolong V2. It has the best corner cutting ive seen (better than the yuxin) its fast, stable (my cousin played with it for over an hour and it didnt pop once) it keeps its cubic shape well on reasonably tight tension and it has a great feel. (at least after a year of breaking it in) Ive had this over a year and a half and i have yet to try a better cube. The only two i havent that are serious contenders are the Tanglong and Meiying

The Qiyi Thunderclap is very stable and fast, with very good corner cutting. It's the same price as the yuxin, but a bit faster and stable. However, it is very smooth and the feel is not the same as a fangshi feel.

Yeah, I'm really considering the Tanglong. It seems to be one of the most unique Moyu cubes out there. Definitely got that one on my radar

IMO you don't need a new cube if your current one is not broken.

I just can't stand the catching. I gave it to my friend (18 sec solver with a Zhanchi), and even he said "This thing won't stop catching on the corner of the center piece." Idk, but as my first true speed cube, I don't know what other cubes feel like. I will be trying out my friends Zhanchi to see if I like it, but for now, I'm just looking for something that doesn't catch constantly

Mine does not want to finish breaking in and right now it's not very good. Also it explodes now and then during a solve. I like my stickerless CB 2x2 better. Does it (the Zhanchi) really become great after some thousands of solves?

No. Mine also pops a lot and is not so good. I did 1500 Solves and got a WitTwo v1, which is better and cheaper.
