Dayan Speedcubes...

I was already using Aolong V2 (white base) with full bright stickers... and now want to get dayan v.5 zanchi, I have used my friend's Zanchi (black base) which i got some problems... bad color recognition for that pretty bad and dull stickers, and that BLACK BASE ...... HORRIBLE!!!!!! Should I buy zanchi white base.... I heard all dayan speed cubes comes with that pretty dull stickers..... Should using a white base will help me????

if you have an aolong v2, don't expect zanchi to be better. unless you're doing for collective purposes, aolong v2 is already one of the best cubes (most people see as better than the zanchi). But a lot of people do use a 55mm zanchi for OH.

Default

So what do you think what should I do .... I think Zanchi has better speed than an aolong .... Only some pop problems which I can manage.... And what about v2 guhong and v6 panshi??

definitely not a panshi, most people see zanchi as better than guhong in almost every way except maybe feel. go look at some reviews, maybe that will help you decide the pros and cons. but i believe most people see aolong better than zanchi.

Yuxin what? 3x3? 4x4? I'm assuming you're talking about 3x3 but I just want to clarify.

Yeah the 3x3 forgot to mention that

I'm not sure about the 3x3
But get the zanchi for the 2x2
Hmm I a few ppl said zhanchi but according to the cubicles cuberprofiles,
most of them use the lingpo or the 55 mm shishuang.
so does that mean they are better?

What is your suggestion for the base color? Will a white base will help me to recognise those dull stickers?

Yeah, forget about Zhanchi stickers they are ugly. If you go with the Zhanchi buy some replacement stickers at thecubicle or other store and change them.

Also, if you want something zhanchi-like but better because you think Aolong is a bit slow, I'd go with the Weilong (or even the new Hualong).

Is the aolong v2 faster than the zhanchi

I don't think so but it all depends on your set-up of the cube. I you like fast-turning cubes that require almost no effort then perhaps the Aolong v2 is not the best choice. Not sure either how different it is from v1, which is the one I can judge by but v1 in not a fast cube in that sense. Weilong is much faster, for example.

Looking to get a 4x4! Which are the current popular ones? I've heard yuxin and Aosu, any better ones? :D

Oh ok I wanted to get the hualong but it looks a little bit uncontrollable and wobbly . U know wat I mean.

I was thinking to get something of a cross between aolong v2 (stability), and hualong (speed).
An aolong that is pretty fast like slightly slower than a hualong wud be good.
