Its a bit old, but the Kylin V2 M alongside the RS3M are good choices. It's more flexible for weird blind algs using E and S moves.

I love my Valk2 but it always seems a little slow and heavy. Not really a problem at my solving speed but it is slightly tiring to turn fast.
Any recommendations for a light speedy puzzle?

I want to buy a new 3x3, and I'm confused between the Super RS3M Ball-Core and the Tornado V3. I'm not on a budget, so I need suggestions. I am leaning towards the tornado V3, and I saw a video on youtube comparing both of these cubes, and he told that the super RS3M is "blocky". Can anyone explain me this term, and is this "blocky" feeling also on other MoYu cubes such as RS3M 2020 and 2021?

Weipo WRS, or any gan 2x2. I highly recommend the Weipo though. It's insane

weipos are good for me but i dont really like the gans. but if u decide to stick with the gan do NOT buy the 251 air it is wayyyy too hollow and flimsy

I have the original weipo in aqua plastic. It's a good cube but has weird slight catches on some sides. Hopefully Moyu has fixed this in the however many years it's been.

They have.
It corner-cuts well, doesn't catch often, and with some slow lube, it's perfect.

Does anyone know of any cube that is very soft but doesn't pop as much? I really like the dayan tengyun v2's soft feel except it pops too much to be my main.

A 3x3 that pops? I would suggest tightening the cube. No modern 3x3 has an actual problem with popping.

I made my wingy v1 maglev and its now my backup
Maining a gan but found it too loose, even with gan pyraminx GES
Hv the weilong and RS but just not suit me
My wingy v1 maglev is stable, fast and grippy, but just not corner cutting very well
Heard that the wingy v2 may pop like v1 but my wingy v1 has never popped on me so far, even with maglev

The Wingy V2 is a good option if you like the feel of the Tornado V3. You should try it out, especially since it doesn't cost very much for you. Not too big a loss.

But I still like the RS Skewb, it gets so much better with the glossy plastic mod and my personal setup.

Plus, the highest magnet strength with a fast setup makes the cube practically perfect.

hey everyone, i haven't bought a new 3x3 in a looong time, and i want to get something new because all of my cubes feel old and worn, but there are so many new releases, and idk which one to get. i prefer stability over anything, and i don't like strong magnets. i could watch video reveiws, but i usually prefer peoples opinions, and after all, that's what this thread is for, which one do you all think is best, with the price considered?
