What's the word on good magnetic 7x7s these days? I wont be speed solving this but just want something enjoyable and pleasant to turn for casual solves. I don't want a budget cube as i don't want to replace it right away to upgrade nor do i anticipate having multiple 7x7s. I want something that will will still be fun and a quality puzzle to turn years form now.

Suggestions?

X-Man Spark is the best of the best magnetic 7x7, but the MGC 7x7 should be coming out soon and shouldn't be too expensive

Of the cubes available right now, get either the Yufu v2m or the Spark M.

I kinda want a new cube. Something that is solid and sturdy like my current main The Valk Elite but has better corner cutting.
I switched from my Valk Elite to the RS3M 2020. It's very stable, especially considering you can adjust the spring elasticity (I have mine on the second loosest setting and it's quite stable). The main difference between it and the Valk Elite is that it's faster

I have mine set up with green springs red magnets so the weak ones on the RS3M2020 won;t work for me at least at first.

I have the same settings on my valk elite as you do, but as long as you get the extra magnet sets from whatever store you buy from (I know that TC sells an extra set of magnets for the edges and the extra magnets come with the RS3M 2020 if you buy from speedcubing.org) and have your elasticity set at the lower settings it should be similar. You could even make your RS3M2020 "Elite" if you wanted to by adding magnets in the edges and centers like in the Valk Elite.

Ok, so I want to get back into cubing after approx. 2 years. I have a broken Gan Air SM so im looking for a 3x3, i've narrowed it down to two options. The Meilong M with the custom service from my country's online speed cubing shop and 2 types of lubes or the factory RS3M 2020 with the same two lubes. The prices of both are the same. I'm leaning towards the RS3M because of the compression system but i really don't know. Help? ;)

You should get the RS3M 2020, the Meilong is really good for the price, but the RS3M2020 is imo the best cube out there and it is just as cheap as the meilong.
