Of those two, the Shengshou is a better option since it has no logos on it.

I think at the price range a GTS2M mass produced would be what most people would say. Or spend $50 and get a Gan Air SM.

I've been solving cubes for a couple of years and I got a Rubik's 5x5 this christmas. Unfortunately its a sticker cube and already the corners of the stickers are starting to come off.
I have only solved Rubik's-labeled cubes and I guess its about time I went to a different make.

I've been looking at a Yuxin 5x5 Black, but I can't find anywhere it says if its with stickers or like the new models from Rubiks (3x3, 4x4) with plastic colors i.e. stickerless.
I don't like the white models with different side colors.

Anyone who can help me find a great black 5x5 stickerless cube?

BTW I tried the search function on the forum, but it didn't seem to work.

"Stickerless" usually refers to cubes with different colored plastic for each side. I think what you're looking for is a "tiled" cube. The Yuxin 5x5 is a really good puzzle, but I don't think it comes in a tiled version. I don't think you'd be disappointed if you got the stickerless version, but if you really want tiles you might be able to contact these folks and buy some tiles to replace the stickers on the black version.

For the 5x5, I would get the yuxin cloud 5x5. It's a great budget cube and it is stickerless!

My avg is about 35sec....using 2look oll and 2look pll (learning full pll now)....i am currently using yj guanlong..should i upgrade my cube??

If you have some spare money, go for it! If money is tight, wait till you average 25ish. A cube will probably improve your times by a few seconds. I would recommend a GTS2 M $25 https://thecubicle.us/moyu-weilong-gts2-p-9150.html

Yeah, if you only average 35 seconds, then a cube isn't the biggest thing that will help you (practice will). But here is a question: do you feel like the cube is holding you back in any way? If so, then an upgrade wouldn't be a bad thing to do

For a good cheap cube, you should check out SpeedCubeShop's Supernova line! They lube, tension, and will even magnetize a cube for you. Take for instance the MF3RS2, which is $9.95 non-magnetized (but lubed and tensioned), or $19.95 with magnets, lubrication, and tensioning. Both options allow you to get custom stickers as well. Not a bad price for that! Hopefully that helps!
