Don't worry about look ahead yet, at your stage, you need to be comfortable with F2L FIRST, before you look ahead.

While it greatly helps knowing your F2L well, I wouldn't say completely ignore look ahead. If you are having trouble with just inserting and such in F2L, ya of course don't focus on look ahead, but kind of keep it in the back of your mind. Doing good things early makes it much easier to form a good habit, whereas the longer you go without doing this, the harder it will be to break your bad habit.

Anyway, I would perhaps recommend to find an F2L pair then close your eyes quickly and try to insert it, if you don't know what to do, set up the case again and figure it out. I found this helpful to me in identifying holes in my F2L, it also makes it easier to develop look-ahead later as you can do something more useful than having your eyes closed.

no its not that i'm having trouble with inserting, i'm past that stage :D
Any1 have any good tips as to how to look ahead? also are there any specific cases of f2l i should be doing firsT?

Learn OLL or PLL algs first?

I'm currently averaging in the 40s and want to go sub 40 - sub 30. I currently do fridrich with intuitive F2L and 4 look LL. I started learning OLL but the 57 or so algs is quite intimidating and I'm getting worried at the difficulty in learning them. Then I stumbled across someone saying that OLL won't even help me decrease times as much as PLL will. Plus with PLL being significantly less algs to memorize it seems to be much less scary to do. So... do you guys think it's better to memorize PLL algs or OLL algs first? And are badmephisto's algs good?

Know 2 look OLL, the ones with the cross already oriented. Then gradually learn all PLLs while improving F2L at the same time. Then work on full OLL.

Learn Full Fridich but still not sub 20 Help

As title say, I learned all CFOP now but i still can't get sub 20, And i mean 100 % sub 20 i always got like 16-25 seconds.

Here's what i have learn.

1. I am dual cross maker and i make a cross in front of my face (sometimes on the bottom)
2. I learn intuitive F2L with some algorithms, Both Cross+F2L times are about 12-15 seconds
3. I learn about 60-70 OLL . 57 main OLL and some little bit more for solve opposite sides so i don't need to do a y2 rotation to perform the algorithm that in my opinion come up the most. My OLL times are 3-5 seconds base on the number of move i have to do.
4. I learn 24 PLL but i am very slow at it (i think). My PLL time are 3-5 seconds as well but i always spend 2-3 to recognize it
5. Cube i use is Dayan guhong

You could make a video, then people can tell you what needs the most practise, so you can get sub20 as fast as possible.
Wouldn't be surprised if your algs are terrible slow.

I'm a 3LLL and I'm sub-20...

It's all about practice. Know exactly where your first F2L pair is as soon as you finish the cross. Drill on each part of the solve, and learn to recognize F2L, OLL, and PLL cases within half a second.

Practice OH. This lets you look ahead more, and makes you more conscious of where the pieces on your cube are.

For the hardware part: Is your Dayan Guhong properly lubricated and tensioned? How often does it pop?

Your F2L seems fine, but practise making more crosses on the bottom, and of course, don't forget to lookahead. Your LL, though seems quite slow to me. Make sure you know good algs (more in the wiki), and check Badmephisto's videos out, for some recognition tips. Also do OLL and PLL time attacks to practise your algs. If you haven't lubed and tensioned your cube correctly, also do that.

What Kirjava said.

I learned full OLL and PLL and only averaged 30... So I practiced, and now still only average 23. My LL algs are really slow, and my F2L is pretty slow as well (12-14 on average).

Short answer: Practice
Long answer: Practice more.

knowledge and speed have no direct correlation

This!
I know full OLL and PLL and my CFOP average is still only 34 seconds :)
I can also solve in various other methods but always slow...

Note that I still think that I'm not very knowledgable.
Knowing full OLL PLL is still just one part of CFOP.

3. I learn about 60-70 OLL . 57 main OLL and some little bit more for solve opposite sides so i don't need to do a y2 rotation to perform the algorithm that in my opinion come up the most. My OLL times are 3-5 seconds base on the number of move i have to do.

y2 rotation? Just do U turns instead of cube rotations.
