sub 20

I have a PB single of 12 seconds, a PB ao5 of 15.79 seconds, and a current 18.90 AO100, but yet I still get 23-second solves all the time. How do I know if I am really Sub-20? (Advice given could probably apply to any barrier, though) (This is on 3x3, of course)
