After doing some more searching, I have finally decided to get a Dayan Zhanchi and sticker it with Cubesmith Halfbrights. O.0
Which size stickers should I get? The site says that the 55-57mm stickers will fit it(are meant for Dayan 1-6) but I know that the Zhanchi is 57mm. Should I get the 55mm or 57mm stickers? Is the Ultimate Lubix Zhanchi worth it or is a DIY Zhanchi lubed with Lubix better?
Just go for 57mm. I don't have the Ultimite Lubix Zhanchi, but you'll basically get thesame product if you lube it with Lubix yourself. Another cheap alternative to Lubix would be Traxxas 30k or 50k dofferential oil.

He is using a old lunhui he wants a cube that is fast and crispy he doesn't want a weilong though.

Okay, well the WeiLong is very smooth and not crispy so I can see why he wouldn't want it. One option he may like though is the YJ YuLong. It's fast and clicky as well as cheap but that's just a bonus. I don't tell people to get it because it's cheap, I genuinely think it's a good cube. He may also like the FangShi ShuangRen V2. It's somewhat crispy but mainly scratchy. It can also be very fast once it's broken in. There are a few other cubes I can think of (like the HuanYing, Gans III V2, DianMa, etc.) but I think this is a good place for him to start.

My brother averages about 1minute 20seconds and he needs a new cube. What cube do you guys recommond?

Lingyun v2!!!!
My back up main, cripsy, VERY fast once lubed, and on the right tensions rarely pops. Kind of throwback compared to modern cubes, but I'm sure he'll enjoy this one :).

Kinda weird question. My parents have allowed me to use my money to buy cubes. I can only get a Dianma and SS 4X4 with that amount. My parents said that they would get me a 4x4 in August. I can get only an Aolong in that amount also(Zhanchi is more expensive). Should I get the SS 4x4 and Dianma or Aolong? Because a lot of people say that the Dianma isn't that good. I don't know what to do? I have never owned a 4x4 before. I honestly enjoy crunchy cubes like the Aolong.

I don't recommend the Dianma, a ton of people hate it. You could just get a SS 4x4, along with a SS 3x3, because they are cheap as well.

That's a bit outdated don't you think? :) Sure it's a good cube but I don't think it's comparable to a lot of cubes on the market nowadays.

Is this the only clock for sale?

No, there is also a CubeTwist clock as well as the Rubik's brand clock but the CubeTwist and LingAo are virtually the same. If you are looking for a good clock though I might recommend looking for a Rubik's brand one. They aren't produced anymore so you won't find one in a cube store but there are usually plenty on ebay. The reason why I recommend getting a Rubik's Clock (if you want to speedsolve clock) is because the pins on the LingAo and CubeTwist clocks slip (and sometimes lock-up) pretty much every solve for me which can sometimes completely ruin the solve if I don't catch it. But if you're just getting one to try out clock then the LingAo or CubeTwist is fine.

I learned to solve the 3x3 a few years ago, using a beginner's method (Build cross, fill corners in, 2nd layer edges, place corners, orient corners, then solve 3rd layer edges) not sure of the name. I'm wanting to get into speed cubing and learn most likely the F2L method.

I've been looking at cubes and probably am going to order a stickerless cube as I'm not doing it for competition I just want to do it for fun, and I've had issues with the stickers on the actual Rubik's cube I have peeling and sliding off.

I've been thinking Dayan GuHong stickerless, for someone just getting into speed cubing will this be ok?

Guhong I'm thinking of getting.

bahaha true. I live in the dark ages... Still waiting on my AoLong and WeiLong to arrive... Btw do you think they will affect my times? I know its the cuber not the cube but I'm still using my lingyun v2 pretty often and getting an ~17-18 average...

What is a good megaminx?

If you're looking for a good beginner megaminx or your first, then the QJ Megaminx really isn't that bad. It's really smooth, doesn't lock-up, and as a bonus it's really cheap. But the best megaminx on the market right now is the Dayan Megaminx. I got all my Dayan megaminxes with ridges because it helps my small hands finger trick but ridges are not necessary. Just a personal preference thing. To be honest though it doesn't really matter what megaminx you get. The QJ, ShengShou, and Dayan are all good but I personally use a Dayan.

I think it may take a little getting used to, but you should be fine :)

Hey guys, I just finished my megaminx today and am looking for my next cube. I am into the more complex cubes, I really enjoyed the megaminx. Thanks for the help!

I bet that they may put you .5-1.5 seconds faster after breaking them in and getting used to them, but they may be a little uncontrolable at first. Many people including myself never have had problens with uncontrolability with them though, so it will depend on your turning style.
