Glow-in-the-dark Megaminx?

I was on Cube4u and I was looking at the Megaminx that glows in the dark. If you have one, Is it worth it?

For $16? I used to have one. Actually a half decent speed-minx once lubed. It also glows brightly and looks cool in the dark but fades quickly. Is it worth it? Yes, if you want something to glow in the dark

so I'm allowed to spend $15 for my birthday. Thats a lot, where I live. I was wondering

a)whether it'd be better to buy a set of tiles for a Zhanchi at $5 or buy a stickerless cube.
b)Are tiled cubes competition legal?...
c)Will I be able to fit a 2x2 cube in it?
I think I might have to fit shipping costs in it too. I'm not sure. Which shops ship free to India?
And a last thing, a friend of mine had trouble getting lubricant through Customs. Any fellow Indians here, who know where and what lubricant to get?

a) Neither, just use stickers. Stickerless cubes aren't allowed in competitions, and tiles really aren't that good.
b) Yes, although people rarely use them.
c) Sure?

As for free shipping to India, I'm sure most of the Chinese stores (Lightake, Pickegg, and 51morefun to name a few) have free worldwide shipping.

heavier, more precise 3x3 cubes?

I did a couple searches but didn't find just what I was after.

I'm a relative newbie here. I started a month ago, and am down to an average of about 1:05. Frustrated with lockups, I gave up the Rubik's-branded cube almost immediately. Having ordered a few different Dayan cubes off amazon, I have really come to like the ZhanChi for its cornering, speed, and smoothness.

As I'm trying to speed up, though, I find myself overturning the ZhanChi quite a bit -- which actually slows me down. Tightening it helps a bit, but not enough. (It also tends to loosen rather quickly.)

I'm looking for something that corners and turns as smoothly, but that has a bit of the heavier, more precise feeling of a Rubik's. Almost like a Rubik's ZhanChi hybrid.

There's lots of talk about the Alpha V, Alpha V(f), and F2's. Would any of those have that heavier feel I'm after? Any other suggestion? Many thanks in advance.

When I was averaging about 1 min I had the same issue you're having now http://m.icubemart.com/site/mobile?...1&fw_sig_site=63097879&fb_sig_network=fw#3332 . I switched to using the C4Y gas assisted cube. It was exactly what I needed at the time. After I got to about 40 seconds I switched back to my guhong and fell in love with it. It took me about 3 days to get really comfortable using it, but at that point I had gained the speed to appreciate it.

well because my LingYun V2 is slightly faster and looser i didn't lube either but i think that my LingYun V2 came pre lubed so that may be why i choose the LingYun V2 over my ZanChi but chances are that where you would buy your cube from both would come pre lubed unless you orderd a DIY
