can you translate these two algs for me?
I don't understand commutators notation at all...

1) [U' : R' F' R, S] M2

2) M2 [U' : S, R' F' R]
Commutators follow the format (A B A’ B’). Either [Insertion, Interchange, Reverse Insertion, Revere Interchange], or the other way around.
Sometimes, you might have a setup move before the alg. That means to do those moves before and after the full comm.
So, [U' : R' F' R, S] is (U’ R’ F’ R S R’ F R S’ U’)

I'm pretty sure 0/10 would be 0.0000953674316%, but I'm not totally sure about 1/10. My guess would be 0.001907348%, but I'm not sure if that's right.
